I saw doctor Blystone today, it was the first time I've met him. He was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable in his office and in his care. My whole family visited beginning of 2025. All of our glasses had issues. The did replace the lenses free of charge for my husband and my daughter. However, my husband's glasses are constantly dirty like there is a film on it. They try to talk you into spending more money and it takes forever for your glasses to come in if you have to get special lenses. Fast-forward to today. I scheduled an appointment online for my husband and have a text to prove he had an appointment. He showed up and they said he didn't. I called and the lady on the phone started to get rude so I got rude back. She stated that the online scheduling system no longer works because they have transitioned to something else. If that is the case they should state that somewhere on the website. We will never use this office again. I used Dr Tran and eyemart and had a way nicer experience.

I could complain very vigorously and indepth, however I'd rather keep it cordial and to the point.
The actual staff helping you, the technicians and the doctors are great. The staff who help you select frames and get your desired eyewear and special treatments selected, amazing.
The staff who answers phonecalls? The staff who checks you in? I've had warmer receptions from a walk in freezer. Cold, uncaring, and quite frankly rude, summerise my experience. They genuinely know how to make me feel I'm bothering you for checking in on my glasses that haven't arrived when promised.
Went in on the 9th and quoted 7-10 business days. It's the 30th and I haven't a clue where my glasses could be.

Longtime client...called to check if my or my daughter's glasses were ready yet and to my surprise MY GLASSES hadn't even been ordered bc of a $15 remaining balance. Which baffled me since I paid everything IN FULL the day of my appointment and had the receipt to prove it . What was explained to me at the front was that the claim was sent before all the neccessary charges were posted and I needed to pay that $15 before they could get my frames ordered. Now mind you, no one has called me to explain that or anything as I'm thinking my glasses are on the way. She refused to waive the $15, so I insisted on canceling the frames and refunding my $228 back to my FSA card, which was completed. On that note of poor customer handling, I'll find a new eye doctor for my family. The End.

This location scheduled me quickly last minute. I was impressed with that. I had my first eyeglasses exam today with Dr. Stuart Blystone. He was professional yet humerus with a positive attitude and kind spirit. The staff were informative, effective, and had all smiles! The visit was easy, hassle free, and I loved the whole experience. My glasses were ready same day within a hour. The service is phenomenal here. I highly recommend.

I had some issues with my first prescription, the prescription for two pairs of glasses just didn't feel right, like I was in a fishbowl. I took them back within the 30 day test period after trying them out for a while. The office performed a whole new exam and corrected both pairs of glasses within an hour at no extra cost. I'd use them again.
