I've been going there for years. I liked the old doctor. This time I got the new doctor. He seemed annoyed by his job. Then he got my prescription wrong. I called the next day and asked if I could see the old doctor. They told me he doesn't take new patients. I've been a patient for at least 5 years. That's 3 strikes. I'm going to go somewhere else next time. Too bad. They used to be really good.

I cannot express how impressed and pleased I was with my visit with Eastland Eye Care. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and everything was done in a timely, professional, manner. Dr. Nguyen really helped me and I now have the correction I need after 10 years of not being able to see properly!! He and his staff show they truly care about their patients. I would recommend them to anyone who is wanting great service and care, with a great selection of glasses and styles. Thank you!!

Dr Scavezze is awesome. However, get your glasses somewhere else. They say they'll call you when their ready, but you will be waiting FOREVER because they will not call you when your glasses are ready. After 3 times with the same experience I will be going somewhere else

Been coming to this location for years. Staff is always friendly and the docs are super helpful and knowledgeable. Ana had me back and set for the doc within minutes. Dr. Nguyen answered all my questions and got me information to help with my interest in eye surgery. Would definitely recommend, wouldn't go any other place.

My kids and I have been coming here for years. I live and work far from it so recently I tried another place. I really regret doing so, not all places understand or follow insurance rules as an in-network provider. I will definitely be making the drive next time.

I'd give zero stars if I could. The original dr was amazing but the kids they have running it now it ridiculous. They can't ever find paperwork, my insurance company had to call themselves to tell them I was approved bc they refused to check but instead told me they didn't take it. I just called to order more contacts and was told my script was expired...I have the card in my hand and I still have til June of 2025. Don't waste your time or money

Very nice staff and doctors. Not a huge selection of glasses. I was told I would get a call when my glasses came in....never got a call. I had to call them, who knows how long they were sitting there. They didn't even apologize. I probably won't come back.
