I had a wonderful experience with Carol at Empire Optical. She was very knowledgeable and patient while helping me pick out my new frames. She also used a new virtual reality device that tracked how my eyes focused with various moving objects in my visual field so that they could precisely fabricate my progressive lenses. They turned out fantastic!!! I highly recommend them!!! Go see Carol at Empire Optical!!

I was sent here from another store for a repair. And I was beyond impressed! Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door from a nice gentleman behind the counter. And immediately helped! Zack was able to repair my glasses in no time flat! All staff was friendly and spoke. I don't live in Tulsa but I found a new place to buy my glasses and contacts! And a super plus pet friendly ! Outstanding service look forward to spending my money here! Thanks again!!

Ms. Tammy was extremely helpful with assisting me to get the perfect pair of glasses. She was professional,courteous, extremely knowledgeable and focused on ensuring that she does all she could, to make sure I would be completely satisfied with the glasses I chose. Ms. Tammy walked me through, step by step showing me the various frames that could possibly help me to maximize my sight in accordance with my prescription. Her attention to detail down to the measurements for my glasses was phenomenal. Her customer service skills along with her professional demeanor made me confident that I made the right choice to return to Empire Optical (after living out of state) for another pair of glasses. Ms. Tammy is definitely an asset to the Empire Optical family.

Sylvia was amazing! She took the time to walk me through the different options they have available. She explained what each add on would get me and what the feature was and how it would benefit me. Being Hispanic and English my second language when she explained everything with such detail it just leaves no questions unanswered and I highly appreciate it.

I can't say enough about this business. A friend referred me to Empire. I've been wearing glasses for the better part of 30 years and this business has surpassed my expectations and my experience. From the time I walked in the door, Doreen was amazing, she answered all my questions and helped me pick out my glasses, wrote down details for when I returned and went over pricing same day. I knew I would back. When I returned each person has a smile on their face and intentionally greeted you and made purposeful eye contact. Doreen's personal care and attention is beyond measure and she treats you like family when picking out eyewear, answering all your questions with patience and exceptional kindness. The experience was very personal, and I appreciated every moment. I thought that once I purchased the glasses, my experience was wonderful but over. This is not the case at Empire, when I went to pick up my glasses, the front desk greeted me with a smile and kind words and took me to the lab for adjustment. Carol, was so helpful in adjusting my frames, she made sure that they were straight and they fit well, and she answered all my questions. She made sure that I felt comfortable before I left and verified I had my cases and cleaning equipment to go with my frames. I cannot say enough about Doreen and Carol, I'll never go anywhere else for eyewear. They were absolutely the best! Their kindness, professionalism, and expertise were superb. Doreen consistently year after year has helped me with the best glasses for my narrow face. She has always taken care of me like I'm the only one in the store. When my cataract surgery lenses were ineffective and the prescription needed to be changed the charge was nominal. Thank you for all of Empire's professional care for us 30+ years. Today I had my first eye doctor visit and got a new prescription. Guess who helped me get started on my glasses journey. Yep Empire Optical. The catalyst for finally getting my eyes checked was my purchase of virtual display glasses from XReal. Even with all the adjustments things were still blurry. That's why I finally faced reality that my eyes were the issue. The reviews on Google and Reddit were very positive for Empire, so I decided to start my shopping there. I never went anywhere else. I was taken care of by Tammy. She was able to deftly walk me through shapes, sizes and colors that complimented my face shape, skin color and style choices. Throughout the process she was kind and patient as well. But she went above and beyond normal service ... she stayed *after closing* to complete my measurements and take care of the order for the pair I selected. Tammy's my "glasses person" now ... I trust and value her. The glasses should be ready in a few weeks. But I didn't want to wait on doing a review of their terrific customer service. Go on, just visit them. I bet you'll be happy you did.

Stopped in to get some frames adjusted and look at new ones for both everyday and sunglasses. Doreen was immensely helpful and patient while I tried on new frames.
