I paid my copay when I got there, as required, - and after two hours all I got was dilated eyes and rude nurses when i questioned how much longer and then - me leaving the appointment without a refund because they were dragging that out too. They offered to reschedule- ummm and wait another .. 3 hours next time? No thank you This was my second appointment and last. I waited nearly two hours and had to leave due to other arrangements that I needed to go to. I asked how much longer and one girl said that there are people ahead of me, which at this time I should have been ahead of those that came after me... but didn't give me a time. As I was about to leave a lady said she eas just coming to get me. So we go to see the Dr and she says it'll be just a few minutes. I let her know I was in a hurry now - as it was nearly 2 hours that we had been there. Since 2:45 pm - it was 4:20. She promised it wouldn't be long. I had to be somewhere else at 5 - I had told her this. I was waiting ... I saw feet at the door and heard voices - they were talking and laughing about how much of a hurry I was in - I heard someone that was at the door say - well when you guys get your stuff figured out come get me and they walk away - like they were purposely making it take longer. So at this point I had enough- it was after 430 and I had less than 30 minutes to get across town. I felt like they were inconsiderate to the appointment time I had made. They were all in the hallway just hanging around. I asked for a refund as I hadn't seen the Dr and it was a waste of time but they dragged that out to so I left. I paid my copay and all I got was dilated eyes. No doctor visit because they wanted me to wait longer than two hours and I refused. Now I know why they get the copayment upfront before you see the doctor instead of after you see the doctor like normal places do. I know I not the only one they do this to. People make appointments for times for a reason. If I was to show up two hours late to a drs appointment I would be charged a no show fee and would have to reschedule. The rudeness of the nurses when asked how much longer because of the time - I just got there are people ahead of me- which there shouldn't have been too many ahead of me after 2 hours ...

Hana...was awesome! My whole experience has been great. From my first vist with Dr. Williams till now 1 weak out from second eye cataract with new lenses!! Woohoo...I can see much better! Thank you all Dr.Williams, Langley all nurses and staff!!

Harley is incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. She works on the first floor and made the best impression on me out of all the staff there. At first, I felt that the first-floor staff seemed a bit unfriendly, but after meeting Harley, my perspective completely changed. I truly believe she is the best employee there. Your day will feel much brighter and luckier if you have the chance to interact with her. She truly deserves a raise.

I was strongly impressed with Eye Care Associates of South Tulsa. When I arrived I did need to walk to Building B instead of being instructed to go their directly, but okay no problem. The Receptionist was courteous and friendly, each Technician was knowledgeable and timely. My surgeon Dr. Langley was exceptional. He was upbeat, a professional SME. (Subject Matter Expert) and I feel confident trusting my vision in his hands. Emily was my Surgery Counselor and she was fabulous. I thoroughly enjoyed my consultation and rate them a 5+.

I hope that I'm spelling Haley's name correctly. She was phenomenal and very professional! I was here about three weeks ago on 10/23/25 and I had an awful experience with Stephanie. She was always checking her messages on her watch and not very attentive towards me. She needs an in service on how to meet patient's needs. I As long as I've been a patient here at EyeCare Associates, I've enjoyed my eye appointments and the interactions with the staff. Stephanie doesn't compare to the friendly staff that I've had since I've been a patient of Dr. Lindsey for several years now. Do better Stephanie!

I am very unsatisfied. I am a veteran and the VA paid for the cataract part but I chose to pay for the special lenses. They said would give me 20 20 vision. Well I have 20 25 in my good eye and 20 40 in the other. Plus even after a year and a half I still have bad floaters in both eyes. Now they want to charge the VA for problems with the $6000 lens that suck. My advise, go elsewhere.

This place is a racket! I brought my 79yr old mother here for cataract surgery consultation. They have a sign at the check-in desk that says something like "depending on your appointment type, be prepared for 2-3 hours of waiting". Wondering if they charge the insurance company for 2-3 hours of eye care for a basic consultation? First call back by the technician is to run tests, then a second call back is for the doctor consultation, and lastly the third call back is by a "scheduling/finance officer" trying to up sale you with varying expensive plans for additional corrective surgery. Seems like they need to reduce the amount of appointments per day.....especially since most of their patients are elderly and 2-3 hours of back and forth waitng is especially tiring and stressful for them. Do better Eye Care Associates of South Tulsa!
