I came in, an employee told me to sign In, and while I was waiting I could browse around to look at the glass frames. I looked at about 20 minutes. Found the frames I wanted to try for. She was ready to help me. It took less than 30 minutes. Then I only waited 20 more minutes and my glasses were done. So impressed, and so happy with the glasses I picked!

Eyemart Express was absolutely amazing! It's so convenient that they can give you an eye exam next door, and then you can go into Eyemart Express and pick frames and pretty much get your glasses the same day. The prices are absolutely unbelievable. Sometimes there might be a bit of a wait, but take my word for it, it's really worth it. So either plan on going earlier or don't be in a rush and maybe pick your glasses up the next day. I was able to look at frames while I was waiting, so it worked out really well. I can't say enough about Jill; she was so accommodating and helpful and took her time to help you without rushing you through anything. Need I say more? I highly recommend Eyemart Express. The were 2 people ahead of us but the wait time was not long. We had an exceptionally knowledgeable lady to help us. She said the wait time would be 1 hr? Wow. To my amazement the time was much less. I couldn't believe it. Excellent experience.

One employee on the sales floor at 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon. Nevermind. She was telling everyone to sign in and she'd get to them as soon as she can. She was doing the best she could and was pleasant.
I looked at several frames and left. I don't have time to be there all day. You need more than one person working.

Everyone was very friendly and helped me with finding a frame that looks good on me. Our tech did a great job selecting a frame that compliments my face.
She also discussed what our insurance plan covered and also the prices of upgrades on the lenses.
Usually it takes 2 or 3 days to get mine done due to my prescription, but this time they were ready in about 35 minutes! So please let the lab know how much I appreciate that!!
