Harrel Vision

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO HARREL VISION!! I started out at Harrel Vision thinking I had found a good optometrist and glasses company. However, after having dealt with them for 3 months and trying to get eyeglasses that I can tolerate with my complicated Vision issues that do not cause me pain, I have found the Dr. Harrel, Danny, Angie and Fanny to be uncaring, uncompassionate, and derelict of their duties! And, Danny just LIED to me in the phone stating he had done everything he could! That is a blatant lie because he could have remade my lenses! This office has caused my eyes more PAIN than any sort of correction of vision! If I could give them a ZERO, I would! They are lazy, dismissive and unwilling to get me the correct lenses!! Btw, be sure to let Dr. Harrell brag to you about her 9 years of schooling which obviously is narcissistic. Thank you Melissa and Kathy for trying to help me. I hope you can find a better job soon. If I had the money to sue this company, I would!

Dr. Tiffany Harrel and the ladies working at Harrel Vision were great! I had come to Dr. Harrel's office to see if contacts would be a good fit for myself and to get a second opinion on my glasses prescription that I had recently gotten at a different vision clinic. One of the employees, Fanny was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable as was Shelby who instructed me on how to put in contacts, take them out, how to properly care for them and what to expect as someone being new to contacts. Shelby sat and watched while I attempted to put my new contacts in, gave me pointers and was very patient with me. Dr. Harrel was amazing. She rechecked my eyesight, did tests comparing my prescription and found a different prescription that worked better for me than what I was given at my previous vision clinic. Dr. Harrel and her team are who I will see from now on with any of my vision related needs!

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left. It was very professional. I cannot even explain how great the whole staff treated me. They were amazing. Adapted to my time frame changed my appointment when I asked and saw me earlier than scheduled due to my other appointments. I want to mention one of the assistants. I felt as though I was talking to my own sister. I never had a sister but she would be the one I'd choose if I could. Melissa was beyond comforting for my situation. Not to mention, O. D. Tiffany Harrel was kind, quick, VERY Thorough, professional and made me feel conforming. I give this facility a 10 and I'll be recommending my wife and Family to this fine establishment. The eyeglass store next to it was not really informative nor helpful. The customer service was not very polite even somewhat rude. Thankfully the staff in the eyes side made my day. Thanks, Jason

I had a very blurry contact for over 2 yrs before I visited Dr. Tiffany Harrel. She took exceptional care in getting me exactly what I needed so I can see clearly again. I greatly appreciated the kindness and attention to details. I can't say enough how wonderful my experience was. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Harrel!

A wonderful experience; staff is welcoming and Dr Harrel is a ray of sunshine. They took care of me exactly the way i wanted to, no more no less. So efficient that my entire experience today took only 25 minutes!

If I could give more stars I would. Excellent communication, great doctors and very good prices on frame. Mine came in way earlier than expected!

All of the staff were professional and friendly. I especially wanted to mention Melissa who really put me at ease as I was feeling a bit nervous. Glad to find Dr Rainwater still working on Mondays and Tuesdays
