I was quite pleased with the service all the way around with the location at Tulsa Hills. I needed to change my annual appointment to same day and they were able to get me in within 20 minutes of my call. When I arrived, I was greeted by Ian the in-house technician, who made the entire process extremely easy and he explained the machines being used very well. The technology they now have for the exams is almost something out of the future. After the initial tests, I was introduced to Dr. Pelfrey who was on a television screen and there was a camera that she could see me. She was able to change the machine that dials in the vision, remotely. The entire experience was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Scheduled an eye exam, and was not informed their equipment was down until after I had shown up for my appointment. Rescheduled my exam a few months later, and was called the morning of to inform me the equipment was down. Again. I work two full time jobs, and while I understand faulty equipment may be beyond their control, having both my exams I've scheduled with them months apart canceled with little or no notice for broken equipment is concerning - and managing to get the time off work from TWO jobs, TWICE, just shows me this is not a place I want to trust with my eyes.

The Eye Doctor was fantastic! She was very thorough & explained everything, also provided a referral for an eye Surgeon. Their pre-test & eye exam is done with the latest technology. I gave a three star because LenCrafters, I wasn't as pleased with the pricing on lenses & frames. I was informed they were part of Vision Plus, but I wasn't allotted the discount price for frames my Insurance provided. I requested refund the next day, the run around I received was unbelievable, claim their computers were down, was sent to the Woodland Hills location, they couldn't credit either because they didn't have the actual product, the following day they still claim their system wasn't working, got my Insurance Company on the line, asked the Mgr for their NPI number which she couldn't remember at the time, my Insurance was finally able to pull them up, credit was issued, what a mess! found another Optical Company who offer same designer frame, lesser pricing and better savings.
