His Vision Eye Care & Eye Wear

We've been seeing Dr. groves since October 2023. When we first came in our daughter was 18 months old. He has been nothing short of AMAZING! He's very kind, patient and informative. He has prayed over our family twice. And all of the assistants that we have met have been wonderful as well as all of the ladies and gentlemen in the front office! Thank you His vision eye care and wear! Y'all are the best!

Dr Fincher is a gem. She's so good with my 5 year old son. All the techs and office staff are super nice too. I like the Christian setting they have too.

I was very, very impressed with this facility and the staff. The waiting area is perfect to keeps kids happy and busy! Dr. Groves is incredibly knowledgeable and he will do all that he can to make sure you get the best deal. He personally looked into our insurance policy to see if he could get us a good deal on glasses, which he couldn't, but never pushed a sale on us. The staff was attentive and kind. Pictured here is Ms Marge. If you go on Tuesdays, she is in the waiting room to play with kids while you fill out paperwork. She also checks their eyes after dilation to see if it's time for them to head back to the exam room. I appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of this office. From a timing standpoint, it took exactly one hour from walking in the door until the exams were complete (this was for two kids - a two year old and a 4 year old). However, the kids wanted to stay longer and play in the waiting area, so we ended up spending another 20+ minutes lingering around the facility, playing with the toys and visiting the fish tanks. I highly recommend His Vision Eye Care and Eye Wear.

Dr. Groves and staff are kind and patient! Great place and glad to have been referred to them. My only ask is since small children are involved, it would be nice to be able to stay in one room while waiting. We shifted back and forth during the appointment and since I had a toddler, we were carrying a diaper bag and rain jackets and it made it all a bit cumbersome. But I also get the need to rotate around to available rooms - next time, we'll be prepped with less stuff! Dr. Groves is kind, knowledgable, and made us feel at ease - which was especially helpful given the reason we came in! Thank you, Dr. Groves & staff!

We love Dr. Groves and all of the staff here! They are always so friendly and helpful. Dr Groves is very thorough and does a great job explaining everything to us, I trust him completely. He's also very personable and great with my kids. My oldest daughter had a tumor that affected vision in one eye and has been seeing him for years. Now my youngest daughter sees him as well. I can't imagine going anywhere else! Thank you to everyone at His Vision Eyecare for always providing us a great experience.

Front desk is GREAT!!! Kind, prompt and patient. (4 stars only for this part of the visit) Doctors timing? Terrible. Why dilate for 30 mins and then have them sit for an hour before even seeing them? Employees in the section to select glasses? Well, the short Hispanic girl with glasses and her hair up was so insanely rude. I had to make sure it was okay to sit by the fish tank because she kept telling us we needed to move into the other room. Not too mention all of them on their phone giggling in the corner. There was literally nobody there when we got arrived. It was a snow day. There's no reason for this kind of wait time or insanity. Please, if you read reviews- DO BETTER. I understand that patients with Medicaid are great to have because you can see more patients due to the abundance of children on this insurance but treat your customers right. These people have jobs and lives too. Hopefully, all is better when we come back for annual visit.

Took my daughter after being told she failed her test at her normal doctor. I went in kind of skeptical because as just a mom I never saw any indication that she couldn't see properly. After doing the full eye test they were very thorough on explaining to me why she couldn't see. I cant say enough about the staff and the doctors. I have never had a staff make me feel so welcome and so comfortable both at the office and the fact that my daughter needed glasses. I didnt think the wait time was too bad considering all the testing they did before and after the dilated eyes.

Dr. Groves saved my son from having to get surgery and I'm forever grateful we found him. All of the staff is wonderful and so patient. My son had a very bad gaze that started to worsen quickly as he got older and if it wasn't for Dr. Groves we wouldnt have had such great results. Highly recommend.
