Changing my review from 2 stars to 5. After my last experience and the review I left, iRefract reached out to make it right. They set me up with an appointment with Dr. Plaxico and my experience was immensely better. He was incredibly thorough, professional and nice. Dr. Roberson was nice enough at my last appointment but he was not thorough. I compared the two prescriptions when I got him and they couldn't be more different. Will be going back to see Dr Plaxico when I need my contacts exam.
