Kastl Vision Center

I have been going to Dr. Kastl for around 15 years and absolutely will NOT go to anyone else. She is the best, most thorough and detail oriented optometrist I have EVER been to in the nearly 40 years I have been wearing corrective lenses. Several years ago I had to change jobs and insurance providers and Dr. Kastl was no longer covered by my insurance but I still went to her and paid out of pocket. I have that much respect and appreciation for the care and service that Dr. Kastl and Tony provide. I can not recommend them highly enough!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Judy and Tony are a great team. Tony seamlessly files my insurance, provides glasses support and the initial exams. Judy is the most thoughtful, careful doctor I know. She provides the most detailed, thorough exams I've ever received. Judy has diagnosed eye issues for both my husband and me, and has referred us to other great specialists for our retina and cataract problems. We love going to Kastl Vision Center, and we know that we will always be treated with kindness and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Kastl Vision Center to anyone who is looking for individualized service and prompt, quality care!

Dr. Kastl is a superior eye doctor. I've never had an eye exam that was so thorough! She is a joy to visit with and has more knowledge in this field than any other optometrist I've met. Additionally, she accepts the Christian Care Ministries (Medi-share) Vision Discount. I live over 90 minutes away, but Dr. Kastle is worth the drive!

I've currently gone to Dr. Kastl twice, for an examination and contact fitting. The building is cozy, the decorating a far cry from the sterile environment you see in chain places. Dr. Kastl is an engaging woman, happy to explain what she's doing (a requirement for me), and obviously competent when she does so. The receptionist is a sociable older man who has the insurance and scheduling down pat, and I witnessed his helpfulness in picking out glasses with another patient. He knows their selection and options well. My first visit was delayed by almost an hour because of an emergency appointment. I don't think they're used to having their schedule disrupted, because they failed to tell me this (or offer a reschedule) until after they got me in. However, my other appointment was perfectly timely. I'd recommend going here if you want one-on-one attention, a departure from the chain store sterility, and older, experienced staff.

Dr. Kastl provided the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. She suggested computer glasses in addition to my regular glasses. The different lens prescription helps me see more clearly when I'm working at my desk and encourages good posture because my view isn't as clear when I'm slumping. My chronic headaches have improved significantly. I also got sunglass lenses, that clip on magnetically, custom made for my new regular glasses. It is so much easier than switching back and forth from regular glasses to sunglasses when going in and out. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my experience here, Dr.Kastl and her team are wonderful. The most thorough eye exam I have ever had, not to mention how awesome they were to my daughter. Definitely recommend them and will be going here for as long as I can!

Tony and Dr. Kastl are the best! Tony helped me set up an eye exam before I had to leave for school, and Dr. Kastl performed the exam effectively. They were both kind and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend this location especially if you have Sooner Care!
