April is amazing. My first time having eye glasses and she made me feel so at ease.She gave me some really good options for frames. Was very honest about how they looked on me. She didnt make me feel rushed she actually took the tine to show me different choices and how things worked. April is a blessing and coming from someone that works in customer service she is top notch.

There has never been a problem with any of my purchases and I have much confidence in the products and services they provide.

Rude customer service from a woman. She rudely asked me if I was there to pick up or look. I told her I was there to pick up. They couldn't find my glasses for a few minutes. When they found them and I put them on, I couldn't see at all out of one of the lenses because my prescription was entered into their system wrong. After about a 30 minute wait, they were being sent off to be corrected. Mind you, this was a week after ordering them. Now I have been waiting another week for the correct prescription. It's frustrating to have rude customer service after paying more than $300 for glasses and having to wait TWO WEEKS TOTAL for glasses. Some of the staff are remarkable, others are not. I will talk to upper management about the rude woman who didn't even speak but looked at me like I didn't belong there. A conversation with corporate will definitely be had because I REFUSE to be treated with disrespect. DO BETTER. Dr. Nick is awesome though!

I can't say enough good things about the crafts of April at LensCrafters. Somehow, she always find the time(and the patience)to fix what feels completely unfixable. From everyday wear to grandchild-level damage to my sunglasses, she takes one look and calmly gets to work.
Every visit feels like I'm in the hands of someone who truly cares about their customers. Kind and skilled-this is the kind of service that keeps me coming back. If you have glasses that you think are beyond saving, bring them here. Chances are, they'll work their magic.

You should let Noah know that the way to run off customers (been one for about 10 or 12 years) is to argue with them. He was not friendly from the beginning, and it went downhill from there. I should have known something was up when there was not another soul in the store except for another employee. All the rest of the Lenscrafters stores I've ever visited have lots of people shopping for frames and lenses. Give him a lesson on customer service.
