Melissa, Kelly Glass and the staff are amazing! I had such a great experience with them and made me feel very comfortable with the process of getting my glasses! Would definitely recommend to go there for your eye care needs!

I like the atmosphere of the establishment, always friendly and courteous. I get in quickly to be seen and the exams are thorough. Dr. Haley Trenz was very nice and she took time to answer all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. I ordered my glasses, working with consultant Joseph Gomez, who is knowledgeable and gives you the information you need to decide what options work best for you. Overall a wonderful experience after having several experiences at other facilities that were not. Thank you!

Excellent experience! The doctor made my daughter feel comfortable. The exam was perfect. After the exam Joseph helped her build an order that truly fit her needs. He was polite, professional and incredibly helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Honestly would not recommend this place given the energy here is giving more sales than patient care. The doctor was fine but the staff straight up lied to me. When asked if my eye health would be checked and covered by the exam copay, the guy said no and it's solely glasses prescription. He made it seem as if the retina imaging or dilation is the only way to check the health of the eyes which would be an additional charge. I opted for the retina imaging to then later find out they did also check the health on my eyes how I initially asked. This ended up in me paying more than I needed. The same guy was pushy when I insisted on not getting glasses. For those reasons I do not recommend this place.

Well I want to start by saying that Dr Haley Trenz was amazing, she spent time with me and made sure I was comfortable with my prescription before I left the exam room. The inside of the building looked very early 2000's and outdated. It was depressing. The equipment looked like it had been donated and had paint chipping off of it and the selection of frames looked like they were trying to cater to the elderly. When I spoke to the receptionist she argued with me about having soonercare for insurance even though I assured her that I made waaay to much to be on soonercare and that I bought my vision insurance plan through Humana's own website. When I was waiting on my eye exam two other receptionist were talking out loud about a glaucoma patient and talking about her most recent scans and things that the lobby didn't need to hear. Dr Haley was the best part of the visit and I really appreciate all she did for me but I think she's being held back by this establishment.

The staff at this office is awesome! I was greeted walking in the door with smiling faces. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Trenz. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring, answering all my questions and concerns. I truly appreciated the time she took with my exam and I didn't feel rushed going through the lenses during the examination. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back!!!

Hello my name is Dawn Ahearn & I was seen today on 08/9/25 saturday & I had my son Lucas Abrego eye glass frames put in by Daniella patient service coordinator from My Eye Dr. on Lewis & 1st street & she did a good job putting in Lucas frames & she was very friendly to me & my son. I would highly recommend going to this facility the staff Daniella ,Mariella & Dr. Hailey Trenz are very caring & courteous.
