THE BEST!!! I can't say enough good things about my experience at this eye doctor's office! From the moment I walked in, Diana and Sandi gave me the warmest welcome I could have asked for. I can't remember the name of the doctor's assistant, but she was incredibly kind and welcoming as well. My appointment was with Dr. Trenz, and he was very thorough. He carefully examined my eyes, addressed the dry eye issues I've been having, and called in a prescription for me. I truly appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable he was. The office manager, Jodi, helped fit me for my glasses and patiently answered all of my questions. When I returned for my follow-up appointment regarding my dry eyes, I once again received outstanding service. Everyone is so welcoming and pleasant! I've been told I'm a very particular person, and I don't usually take the time to write reviews -- but I just had to share how top-notch this team is. I actually enjoy and look forward to coming to this office. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this eye clinic. The staff was professional and welcoming, and everything was explained clearly. Jesus was especially kind and helped me a lot throughout the appointment. He made the process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing eye care!

Dr Trenz gave me the best eye exam that I have ever had. Very knowledgeable took his time on my eye exam. He explained my eye tests. I would definitely recommend Dr. Trenz for your eye doctor appointment. Jody took her time with me helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses actually two pair of glasses one pair of sunglasses I was so pleased. My experience was amazing with my appointment from beginning to end I would definitely recommend them for any eye care that you may need

I went to my eye doctor on Harvard, And I must say from the time that I got there to the time that I left after exams picking out glasses getting fitted I've never felt treated more professional, and with respect and care when getting this done the lady that helped me her name was Sandy. she was very considerate of my needs and helpful to explain everything. Dr. Griffin was my eye doctor. He showed me my images went over everything and so Knowledgeable and explanatory of my eye health he didn't try to be pushy on things that I don't need yet did not rush me. When I had questions. He took the time and valued me as a client. I will always go there for all my eye needs. I highly recommend this establishment, my eye doctor on Harvard, Dr. Griffin and Sandy at front desk a big thank you to my eye doctor.

I like the clinic itself . . . the people are great, and the office is nice, and I like the locaton. Their phone service, however, is sub-par. The two people I spoke with could barely speak Engish, with an un-natural accent that is hard to understand. I could really not figure out what they could help me with because of their speech.

Haven't gotten a check up in a while. And the first time back, the technician, Jesus, helped me in a very friendly and kind manner. Made sure I was taken care of and made sure I was informed and understood everything. I'd say it was a very courteous and efficient visit.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sandi this morning. She was extremely nice, very mannerful, very helpful, we had a hiccup with insurance and she was quick to help and we got it taken care. We were called back to see the doctor quickly. I highly recommend coming here for your eye exams.

Dr Trenz was extremely knowledgeable with excellent people skills and explained my situation in perfect detail. You do not feel rushed at all and I would recommend him to others. The assistant, Jesus, did a great job in the initial testing and he is the best tech that I have dealt with. He is very good at his job and very good with patients.
