I've been coming here for years. I've ALWAYS had soonercare as well as my kids. I'm not sure why in office they're not knowledgeable enough to know that whatever soonercare doesn't cover can be paid out of pocket. They were contingent on this, I mentioned I just went to the other location the day before just to see if they had more inventory and they were able to tell me the difference, which was $60. She supposedly asked a manager, which I knew was pointless. The opticians must be new as well because they didn't know jack squat lol. Even I'm knowledgeable to know these things and rather than them CHECKING, they told me it must be a thing for the other location... mind you this is the only location I go to and have gotten my glasses several years in a row. I guess it's time to find a new eye dr. The lady was careless at the front desk with no knowledge at all and she's one of the people I've known to work there for years. SMH

I brought my 3 sons for their annual eye exams, and this office was OUTSTANDING! Customer service was a 10. And my sons loved their optometrist, Mallorie! She took extra time to make sure everything was ok and gave awesome feedback and advice. And they have a great selection of glasses for kids. (Especially with Medicaid) Everyone that I encountered with was super nice and treated us with the best care.

Dr. NAT Masson was wonderful. Was extremely helpful and patient. Can't wait to see her next year.

Staff was friendly courteous and quick. When issues arose they handled them with grace and clear explanations.

Our first time at this establishment and the whole process was smooth, easy and thorough. The receptionist was awesome, the eye tech was great, and Dr. Masson awesome as well. This team deserves great kudos.....

horrendous customer service. Scheduled an appt for an eye exam and new contacts. very simple and easy. receptionist is rude and will not listen when it comes to my insurance coverage and company. literally sent and emailed her showing i have no network coverage and it is through a major conglomerate that on their website shows they accept, and they refuse to.

I love Dr Anderson! He always takes great care of me!

I went here because of the good reviews, and I was NOT disappointed. The technician Brooke was so sweet and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable during the process. Dr. Anderson was fantastic as well, and Becky helped me pick out my glasses. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice. I highly recommend this place if you need a new eye doctor!
