My mom goes here. They are friendly and accommodating. They have bilingual staff. The docs are nice and they don't make you wait to be seen. The waiting room is sufficient except for high traffic times. Otherwise, there's usually enough seating.

First time using Perini. They were so kind of allowed a walk in with no appointment. The team and doctor were all really kind and made sure I understood what they were doing. The doctor was really lovely she explained everything to me and genuinely seemed like she cared. Will be back here for further checks. I just want to thank the team for waylaying and fears i had regarding my eyes.

Great friendly staff and professional.

The front desk girls works here are rude, dishonest and not professional. I tried to make an appointment with them and giving all my personal informations to them as they asked but end up they cannot pull up my insurance which is not true. They made me wait on the phone forever still cannot make this simple appointment thing works. Then I tried to call another place for appointment right away with no issues at all. These girls will blame on me, my insurance company and system problem except for their dishonest. Not only they lose my business for good but also their reputation. Be aware of this place, they might just want to collect your personal informations.I would not recommend anyone to visit this place, period. There are so many good ones out there you can choose. I received your response a while ago, but how come other place I can schedule right away without any issues, they can pull out my insurance informations and schedule for me. I also verified my insurance my plan has already activated. I spoke to three different front desk, none of them can help me, one of staff refuse gives me her name when I asked instead put me on listening music forever without answering me. I spend an hour with this rude , unprofessional staff for this simple appointment thing with no result. If you are the owner, I need you delete all my personal informations I have given to these staffs in your system today. Because I have no business with your company nor do I trust your staffs the way they operate business and treat customers. Not sure these front desk staffs have been passed the background and criminal check to get position.

Gosh, totally loved my experience at Perini. Right from the staff to the environment at the clinic, it was amazing. I was new to wearing contacts and they helped ease my fears and helped me adjust to using something new. The exam they did was thorough and they were patient enough to answer the questions I had. Will definitely be back

I am so excited to find this eye care center! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My doctor was great and she was very informative. They were able to get me in the same day and they have a discounted rate for the uninsured! They carry contacts in house and if you're new to contacts, they will teach you everything you need to know.

I made an appointment for my daughter and they got her in really quick like the next day and everyone there was so friendly and it made her experience so much better as she was really scared from when she went to another doctor to get her eyes checked - they let her know what they was doing at all time and another good thing is eye mart is right next door and they had her glasses ready within 30 minutes when they said it takes 1 hour - I would recommend this place to anyone - Dr Ford was the BEST!!!! thank you all for my new experience

Been a patient for 11 years and I absolutely love the doctor and the staff. They are so friendly and caring. Every time I call them to make an appointment or to ask a question, they are professional and make sure that I am doing okay with my contacts. I love the location next to EyeMart Express when I decide to get glasses and contacts. I am always able to see perfectly with their help. Overall, very great place and I will not go to another doctor.
