Drove my mother to a 9am appointment and she was still sitting in the patient room TWO HOURS later. It is well documented that Mr. Corbett has no idea how to draft and adhere to time management. TWO HOURS of waiting and still no doctor. I will mail Mr. Corbett a remedial time management course and transfer my mother's care to a more professional physician. Ridiculous!

Receptionist who answers the phones is VERY rude. Makes you feel like you are asking dumb questions. Everytime that I call I dread it because of how rude she is. This makes me not even want to go to this clinic. Please talk to her about phone etiquette.

Dr Corbett did a removal of conjunctival cyst on my eye. The surgery ended up being more in-depth than we thought, as the tissue wasn't going lay completely flat, so he did skin grafts to ensure the site was smooth and aesthetically correct as if I had not had a surgery at all. Overall he did a fantastic job - from the initial visit and through follow-up visits, he communicated with us, was patient with all our questions and made sure we understood every step of the process. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. Thank you Dr.Corbett!

I have had several surgeries with Dr Corbett. He is so kind and and always takes time with you to make sure you understand everything. I would never go to anyone else. Yes sometimes there is a wait however it is because he does not rush people out the door like most Dr. He has done 5 surgeries on my eyes. Love him and his staff. Great people. I can afford the wait for the care and the service.

The wait time is horrible. Was 2 hours past appointment time. We were told he is a busy surgeon. We are busy people too....not a goid excuse. They should not overbook or make parients wait that long. Can't wait until we are through with that office. He is nice and i am sure competent, but no one is worth waiting that long.

I brought in my 92 year old father and waited 1 hour in the waiting room. We have now been in the exam room for another hour. An assistant did the eye exam and we have still not seen the doctor. My dad is so tired from waiting that I'm not sure how accurate the exam was. I understand that the doctors are great here but that does no good if you cannot think straight by the time they are ready to see you. Not happy...
