With a referral from optometrist, we got in quickly. They spent 10-12 minutes on paperwork and got us in quickly. Thorough exam. Called in a prescription opthalmic ointment that insurance has to approve because it's over $2,000!!! Called back and asked for a different medicine for blepharitis. That was Friday morning. Still waiting to hear something on Sunday and tomorrow is bank holiday...EDIT a week later, with our insurance paying 3/4, pharmacy program gave us the needed prescription.

If I could give zero stars I would. The person that called twice to set up a appointment is so horrible I told the manager to delete my information and I don't want to be seen at a place the person on the phone acts the way she does. She wouldn't let me talk and kept talking over me. She kept acting like she knew everything and put me on hold to ask a question to someone else that didnt even pertain to me. If she would've let me talk she would've known it wasn't what she said it was. I dont even want to know how everyone else is if that is how the person on the phone is

Best experience I have ever had! I lost my pet dog (Franklin) 3 years ago and thought I would never find him. I am pleased to say that after visiting this eye clinic I went home and found Franklin! I honestly wish I had visited in the first few days after losing him... But the good news is I can now save the money I would have spent on food for him and invest it all in meme coins. The staff are super helpful, the place is clean and Tera was very pleasant to deal with. THIS PLACE HAS MORE STARS THAN THE HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME.
