I found Dr. Stephanie Cooper to be professional, knowledgeable, and upbeat. It's clear she truly enjoys her work and cares about her patients. She listened carefully, explained things well, and even shared information about a new technology (Valeda red light therapy) when I mentioned a family member's concerns. The testing process was thorough and well-organized, and the staff made the experience comfortable. Melanie and Mariana, my pre-exam testing technicians, were both efficient in their work and perfectly pleasant. Overall, my visit was smooth and easy. I appreciated that Dr. Cooper reviewed the findings with me and took the time to answer my questions. If I ever need retinal care in the future, I would absolutely return to Tulsa Retina Consultants, and I will recommend them to others.

Very comfortable setting and atmosphere. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I take my mother here where she gets a shot in her eye which allows her to see better and the staff honestly does a wonderful job and is so caring. I cannot think of a better place for her to go to help with her improved vision journey. If you have a loved one or you yourself are suffering from anything that is slowly robbing your vision I highly recommend coming here.

Arrived at my appointment time 45 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out new patient paperwork. Paperwork was filled out 20 minutes prior to appointment! Waited an hour after scheduled appointment time finally got pulled back and was informed that my husband could not go with me! Several pts who also were new patients and had appointment times after mine were pulled back and placed in exam room before I was!!! I was at the facility for over 3 hours before being seen!!! Asked the check out receptionist if how much longer her smart ass comment was 3 doctors when I explained to her that I know for a fact that there were at least 2 new patients that came in an hour after I did and that they were pulled back before I was and that I have been here for 3 hours. She holds up 3 fingers and states 3 doctors I told her if I hadn't been placed in an exam room within 30 minutes I was leaving!! She shrugged her shoulders like she didn't care!! So much for the professionalism of this facility because her response reflects on them

I had a home health care visit from a lady who told me about this place and she said they referred me to Tulsa Retina Consultants to get my eyes checked out and I made a new friend her name was Gabby and then I saw Dr. Alan R. Hromas MD out there he was very polite and cutest DR too and I would like to see him again during my next appointment again and Gabby as well they really had a good staff and I'm very pleased was all of them out there oh yeah huh that's right and may God bless you all thank you again

I've been going every month for over a year now and never had any problems there. The staff and doctors are all fantastic and caring. While they were treating one eye, for rupture, which had healed almost 100% by my next appointment, my other eye ruptured. I had called my insurance company for pre-authorization but wasn't sure how long it would take. However, when I went in and the doctor checked my eye, he told me it was a lot worse than the other eye. I told him that I wasn't sure if the pre-authorization had gone through yet. The doctor told me he didn't care; he was going to do it now, whether it had or not, because it couldn't wait. I've never had that happen before. Also, I have never had to wait long at all to go back when I arrived. So i feel I'm in good hands at Tulsa Retina

I'm here with a patient. If this office wants to appear professional they may want to pay attention to their front desk staff. Eating, using profanity, unprofessional behavior. The doctors may be wonderful but the first impression is not.

I had an appointment on 3/18 at 1:30, when I arrived after driving in from out of town they made me aware of a balance on my account and I explained to them I could pay it in full at the end of the month as I had exhausted all of my extra money due to a surgery I had on my foot on 3/7. Young lady at reception sent a message to who knows and they said that they needed half of the money now or I could not keep my appointment. Terrible way to do business in my opinion

My eye doctor thought I should see a retinologist and called to send my case to Tulsa Retina who came to Bartlesville and that's where my appointment was. They called a few days before the appointment to get information and said the cost was $360. I didn't wait very long and the assistant took pictures of my eye( same thing my dr did) Doctor came in and looked into my eyes and then said nothing could be done let him know if it gets worse. My regular eye dr.does a more thorough exam and take pictures for about 1/3 the cost. I felt the cost was overpriced for doing what was already done a few weeks earlier at my regular eye dr. Plus it was self pay so according to the disclosure I read, those with no insurance get a discount, but I didn't. I pointed that out to the receptionist, and she nodded yes, so if $360 is the discounted price, I'd hate to see the cost with insurance.
