Warby Parker Center 1

I visited the Warby Parker location in Tulsa, Oklahoma to have my Sonia frames adjusted. The associate mentioned the glasses needed to be rounded a bit because they were too straight for my face shape. Unfortunately, during the adjustment, the lenses were accidentally cracked in the corners. I contacted Warby Parker afterward, and they told me that since I was past the 6-month mark, I would need to purchase new lenses myself, even though the damage happened during their adjustment. They also said they would follow up with me by email, but I never received any response. I have been a customer since 2019 and have purchased 8 frames over the years. My glasses were in great condition before this visit, and these are my primary glasses, so I was really hoping for better support from a company I have been loyal to. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider continuing to support Warby Parker.

Was the best experience I have ever had picking out glasses. They were patient and helpful and kindly honest. I am very happy with my experience and my new glasses. Warby Parker is very fortunate to have Medjyna! This young lady has customer service skills that are unmatched!! She has worked tirelessly to help me with my glasses. In doing this she first noticed that I had been charged twice for my glasses and credited me my refund immediately. She also noticed a "stretch mark"( I would have never noticed, most likely) on mu lenses. I am now waiting on a brand new pair. EVERYONE should try Warby Parker...you WILL NOT be sorry and you will thank me!!

The frame quality, selection & cost efficiency of Warby Parker is what I love the most! I miss the option to try on at home, but going into the store is also a great experience & the shipping to home is still free! Highly recommend this place.

I ordered lens through my eye doctor office. The lens were so cloudy I couldn't use my glasses. I went to Warby Parker to get the lens replaced but my prescription was expired. The employee was so helpful to help me figure out what to do! I called my eye doctor and they were very difficult. So thankful to the employee at WP who made an accommodation for me so I could order new lens!! I will only purchase lens or glasses from WP. Not only do they have excellent customer service but the have great lens and super cute variety of frames to choose from!

Loved this place!! Service was amazing, super in-depth, not trying to hide anything. The building was super clean! Great selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses, competitive prices and last but not least a simple but detailed checkout process!!

A friend told me to try Warby Parker, I'm so glad I did. It was a stress free experience. They were beyond helpful! The selection of frames was amazing. But the price was truly beyond my expectations. I will never go anywhere else for glasses!

I may have given this one star too many I bought some more be parkers they're absolutely terrible I asked for trifocals they're the silliest trifocals I've ever had in my life they tried to make them like bifocals their frames are crap I kept them for 3 weeks and went and do another store with my prescription and got some other glasses got some progressives that worked much better on the top and middle The readers weren't that good but I can buy readers and use those that works fine I wouldn't go to warby Parker again though

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw what looked like every style I saw online was right in the store for me to examine! I thought the stafff were friendly and were very engaged in helping me pick the right frames and answering all my questions!
