True Vision Optometric Group

Had my first appointment with Dr. Allard at True Vision Optometric yesterday, and the entire experience was first class. The staff is courteous, professional, and prompt from the moment I walked in. Dr. Allard made it clear that he genuinely cares about my eyesight and about me as a patient. He explained my diagnosis clearly and walked me through several clearly explained corrective lens options so I could make an informed decision. I also appreciated how sensitive he was to my budget and how intentional he was about helping me choose what fit my needs without pressure. Thank you, Dr. Allard and the whole True Vision team. You were wonderful.

Excellent and polite staff. I was happy with my eye exam. I feel like the doctor cared and he treated me well. The women working were also very awesome. Definitely found my new eye doctor.

My husband and I had appts in Clinton , Oklahoma, The staff was very friendly and courteous. We both had exams. Dr Day was very detailed in all the areas we had our eyes checked. We will go back

Tried to sell me a $500 pair of glasses! Very unprofessional staff! The only reason I went was because of the doctor! The staff can use more training with patient service. Will not return and will find another doctor of changes don't occur!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been dealing with waiting for my glasses for over a month. I can completely understand delays, back orders, etc. But when you have been told "I will check on your glasses and call you back" more than 8 times and have only received 1 call back, that is unacceptable. Not only that but at a certain point when calling I felt they were avoiding me because of their caller ID so I immediately used someone else's phone and like magic they answered right away and were less than pleased it was me. The last straw was today. I called repeatedly from my number and then once from my sister's number and the message kept saying "we are open but on another line". So I drove there and saw the sign on the door saying they were closed and would reopen tomorrow. I never received a call from them today but they called my sisters number saying they had a missed call so she gave me the phone. I said my name and I wanted to know if my glasses came in yesterday like I was told by Whitney the day before. She said I didn't talk to you yesterday and I said yes you did, I jotted your name down. She then said you talked to me and another girl. I complained that I keep being told someone will call me back but i dont get a call back. While I was saying this she hung up on me. So rude, never call me back and I still dont have my glasses. All this, plus more and they make you pay for the glasses before they get them to you. Worst customer service ever!

I called to get information on setting up an appointment for a family member. Amanda was very nice and professional. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease.

I can't say enough about how well I was taken care of here. Most excellent staff and fantastic care, I have always dreaded my eye appointments. This was a completely different experience. Fast and friendly care in a great location. Great pricing and very knowledgeable staff. There will be no reason to look anywhere else.

Great place with wonderful staff! They saved me. After getting a pair of glasses made 2x somewhere else and still not able to read, they actually listened to my description of the problems, made a new pair for me and wow!!!! I can see clearly and read, drive, etc. A place that actually listens to their patients and makes sure you are happy!!!
