Dr Ng is an amazing and incredibly thorough doctor. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She reviewed all my past eye records for over 20 years and made good decisions on my care. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Eng is a very good doctor. Her exam is very thorough. She is always explains her diagnosis and any recommendations. Also, I like that she answers any questions and gives explanations if needed.

I had the best experience visiting the eye clinic yesterday at 03:30. From the front desk staff to the technicians and the doctor, everyone was so professional. They took their time to explain each procedure clearly, and they were all incredibly kind to me and my kids. One of the staff even helped wipe my daughter's nose when she had a runny nose, which meant a lot to me. However, the staff member in the glasses area seemed a bit cold--everyone has different personalities--but he still did his job accurately. Thank you all for everything you do!

Dr. Nisha Nagarkatti-Gude has a wonderfully caring manner in the way she treats her patients. I feel so fortunate that she is with EyeHealh Northwest at an office near me. I seriously hope this network is treating her well because I would be very unhappy to have to switch to someone else. I feel totally confident in putting my eye care in her hands. I have risk factors for both macular degeneration and glaucoma and I have no doubts she is monitoring it skillfully.

Very unprofessional. I have never had glasses, wasn't sure what to expect from this whole experience. I made an appointment for an exam, they didn't inform me at all what to expect, or anything that I needed to do to prepare for my appointment. Was not aware they were going to dilate my eyes, and I had driven myself there. Had to drive home barely being able to see anything. Didn't give me anything to protect my eyes from the sun either in that dilated state. I got glasses, but have been having problems with the prescription. Made an appointment a month ago, inquired wether I would have to pay for the re-check of my eyes. The info wasn't clear, said they would clarify when they called me to confirm my appointment. They called, but never said anything about wether I would get charged or not. Got there, only to find out I wasted my time and they were going to charge me $60 because they couldn't get the prescription right the first time. Definitely not coming back.

I appreciated the short wait before the appointment. The techs were very accommodating and patiently led mr through the eye exams Nisha herself explained the upcoming cataract procedure. And I agreed that since the cataract was interfering with the visual inspection of some parts of the eye, that it's best to get it done. Since I only went yesterday, I will wait for the scheduler.to get in touch with me. All in all a good visit.

My family experienced several significant issues with this clinic last year. Booking System: The booking system is absolutely terrible. I was unable to schedule an appointment for contact lenses online. Whenever I called, the phone representatives passed me around between the clinic and the call center. Ultimately, I had to drive to their office to get the appointment scheduled correctly. Billing Transparency: Billing is not transparent. They charged my medical plan instead of my vision plan for the optometry services without informing me. I only discovered this discrepancy after my visit. Regardless of the reasons behind it, clients must be informed of such changes. Communication: Communication is lacking. Our appointment for contact lenses ended up being a waste of time because no one bothered to explain what to expect, what procedures would be conducted, and why. Same about about costs and insurance coverage. I've encountered similar issues in the past with a dental provider, and switching clinics resolved everything. Moving to a clinic that is slightly less centrally located, in terms of public transport accessibility, should do the trick. Those clinics typically care much more about their customers. They prioritize patient satisfaction and provide better communication and support. EyeHealth Northwest / Aloha has now lost four respectful clients.

Both Kim and Dr. Prasad were very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Prasad was very thorough and took her time with my eye exam. I would recommend this office and it's staff.
