I am updating my review. They made everything right I am happy to say. Thank you for doing that. Customer service is important and being a retired business manager that is what impresses me these days. A wonderful and professional experience.

I made it very clear over the phone before appointment even took place that if insurance didn't cover it I wasn't in the financial position to cover the cost of the appointment. Then I asked again if insurance would cover it before my appointment started and they told me they weren't sure and didn't see a reason why they wouldn't. I got a bill in the mail that I now can't cover. I will never be going back to this place. If a customer asks if it's covered and you tell her over the phone that you will look into it before their appointment then you should hold true to that and tell them it'll be out of pocket BEFORE THEY GET THE SERVICE DONE!!!! I guess I learned my lesson in being to trusting. I shouldn't be having to cover this period this is not how you do business.

I cannot recommend this business enough. They build meaningful connections with their clients, are knowledgeable and helpful. I had a situation where I needed to leave in a trip and didn't order contacts. The staff not only problem solved with me, but were compassionate, kept me in the loop and did everything in their power to help me so I could have a great trip. Awesome place and shout out to Shoshanna for the help!

From PA on vacation through the area and needed my V.A. glasses adjusted, Baker Vision accepted me as a walk in and set me up in minutes at no charge. They said they do not charge for that service...Amazing to find professionals that care for people more than money. Highly recommend! Great staff

I have been going to Baker Vision Clinic for 22 years. I love that every time I walk into the office I am greeted by friendly staff. The wait time is very minimal regardless of how busy the office may be. I can bring my children with me, they are welcomed and just recently Dr. Blankenship took the time to hold my little lady while her assistant finished up with her portion of the exam. She acted as if she had nothing better to do than make sure my child was content. It's nice to spend time in a doctor's office that doesn't make you feel like just another number.

I love Baker Vision Clinic...what a welcoming place with such a warm and caring staff. The doctors are on top of all of the latest medical research, and I appreciate that I don't have to leave my little town in order to receive cutting edge testing and analysis. Dr. Elms has helped me, and several of my family members, navigate the complexities of our various health issues. We are lucky to access to such exceptional care in our neck of the woods.

Excellent vision clinic. Everyone was friendly and professional. I have recently moved to the area from Portland and was skeptical that anyone could replace my previous vision provider. I was so pleased with the office staff, they made you feel welcomed and were able to answer any questions I had. They did a great job coordinating my insurance coverage. I saw Dr Mitchell and my husband saw Dr Blankenship. We were both delighted with our care.

Outstanding customer service from the staff and highly professional and friendly doctors that make sure all of your eye care needs are covered! They are always looking out for your best interests and provide you with all of the information you need to keep your eyes healthy. They also offer great package deals for contacts and glasses that I haven't seen available from anyone else with the quality that you get from Baker Vision Clinic. Thanks for anything!
