I saw the female doctor, Kristin. I had just lost a very close family member unexpectedly, have little kids, had family in to help with family members passing/funeral and ALL that goes along with that. It's a lot to deal with. I then had an emergent eye issue that I had never experienced before. On top of all of this, my family ended up with covid. I had to cancel my appt 2 (maybe 3 times) and mind you Kristin knew everything I was going through. So I tried to give the office as much as heads up as possible, but all while being a parent, eye issue, dealing with a death and having a very sick family, she let me go as a patient because of the no shows. Although I did call and leave voicemails each time. Where's compassion? Understanding? She didn't even give me a heads up, nor did anyone at the office. I understand they have to make their $ and keep room for other patients, but just like a "hey, maybe we should make an appointment further out to give you time to feel better" or something along those lines. Nope, just a "hey we can no longer see you as a patient." It's a tiny town with not a lot of options as it is, all while going through a LOT. I would never recommend this office solely because that tells me she has no compassion or understanding. Greed is ugly. There were ways to handle this in a better, more professional way. Go to a doctor that cares about YOU, not money.

Great, friendly staff. Dr. Walker is caring and is quick to refer you to a specialist if needed. We have been with Dr. Walker for 20+ years and would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

Beautiful place. Clean and inviting. Staff is super friendly, and Dr. Douglas has a super personality. He is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. I'm glad I found this place. No disappointments. I highly recommend if you have any eye problems.

Excellent doctor, Dr. Doug Walker. Knowledgeable and friendly. His office staff is great too. We drive 2.5 hours each way to get to him and it's worth it!

Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and helpful. They took the time to explain and/or answer any questions that I had. Also, they had a very good selection of eyeware frames to choose from

It was pleasant as usual. This appt I decided to get glasses and the gentleman I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on adding bifocals. I look forward to picking up my glasses this week. Thank you
