I am a previous patient of Dr. Brown's. I left due to insurance issues but came back because I knew he would listen and find the cause of my decreased vision. My other eye doctor just said my right eye was worse than my left but didn't look for a reason. Dr. Brown performed multiple tests and found the cause! So happy to be back at his practice and highly recommend Dr. Brown and this practice - especially to anyone who feels like they have not been listened to by an eye doctor.

Going to see an optometrist can be a stressful experience. The office staff are friendly. Mikala was professional and easy to talk to while she asked me pertinent questions regarding my health background. Dr. Brown himself made me feel comfortable as soon as he walked into the exam room. Dr. Brown is absolutely the best. From the front staff to the back, every one is so welcoming. They take their time and explain everything so thoroughly. Even though they are not in network with my insurance, they gave me all the knowledge that I need to send my claim to the insurance So my insurance can reimburse me. It was definitely worth it. I have used the services of Dr. Brown & his staff members for at least 3 to 4 years & I plan to stay with this team as long as they are in business! It is helpful that the office provides a great selection of eyeglasses on site & a friendly, professional staff to assist you as needed when caring for your eyesight. I also like that they are in Central Pt so no need to wait in a long Costco line unless that cart isn't full.
