Friendly, competent staff. Dr. Giebel is easy to work with. He explains things well, was efficient and got me in on time.

Excellent, caring service for my cataract surgery there.

New to Hermiston and thought to try this place. Bad idea. Front desk was fine. When i called asking questions i was shocked by my responses to my questions on care. Staff named Jami i believe seemed very unprofessional and monotone. Made me overall uncomfortable.

Took my partner here for cataract surgery and the receptionist was rude and dismissive. Poor communication with the Walla Walla offfice as well as the Hermiston office. We were not told about an up front fee and when we tried to pay the whole bill she said we had to go through the Walla Walla office since that was the billing dept. While I waited I listened to her tell 2 more clients ( that was not told of the $350 charge) that they were told about this at their initial visit. I was at the initial visit and no mention of this fee was ever brought up. The Dr was very nice but the up front staff in Hermiston is horrible!

I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist girl was not professional so we'll how it goes when I go in for my appointment. Not excited about it

Very efficient, competent and friendly so far. Very pain and nuisance free too. We are fortunate to have this team in our community!

Excellent skills of Dr.Giebel, a staff that goes above and beyond expectations, and crystal clear vision after a cataract surgery, all combined together to make a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Giebel and his staff.

Everything went very well the receptionist were friendly the nurse was very thorough with my examination and Dr. Giebel was polite friendly and explained exactly how the eye surgery will be done. I feel comfortable in there hands
