Dr. Hibbert is an excellent doctor and a delightful person. All of the employees are kind and helpful. The space is clean and modern and the diagnostic equipment is updated as needed. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Hibbert + staff = Super Stars!!I am an ER physician, and Pediatric ER physician, and I need to be able to see fine details on X-rays or when suturing a facial laceration on a child. I also am an EMS Medical Director and teach Tactical Medicine where I shoot using rifle and pistol red dots and cross hairs, vision is critical. The Liberty Sport glass that Accent EYEWARE fits for me even provides sideways protection, especially important in training for Active Shooters. Having eye protection for me with my retinal tear, and bilateral retinal problems related to trauma, has Dr. Hibbert being the only one for me!

Both myself and my 12 year old daughter see are. Hibbert at Accent Eyewear. Let me start off by saying this practice is always so welcoming and warm when you walk in the door. We have never waited more than two minutes in the waiting room before we are taken back with the tech. All the technicians are wonderful and patient. My daughter had to be fitted for contacts and the tech was the most patient person I've ever met. She was reassuring and gentle when my daughter was getting sad and frustrated. We had to go back multiple times for her to successfully put her contacts in and they were so amazing with her. The front of the office is just as helpful and wonderful. When picking new glasses, they helped find the right color, shape, and fit for my daughter. We probably spent over 30 mins trying on new glasses, and they were there helping every step of the way. Lastly, Dr. Hibbert is incredible. Her welcoming and upbeat personality makes going to the doctor less stressful. She's honest, but also reassuring when we have questions and concerns. When explaining the symptoms I was having, she knew exactly what was wrong and gave me solutions. She's incredible with my daughter and was proactive in helping us slow down the progression of her vision changes. I've been to many different eye doctors and she is by far the best one I've seen. I can't rave about her and the staff enough. We will not be going anywhere else in the near future.

The entire Hillsboro team from Jennifer at the front desk to Dr Hibbert is professional and patient. Special shout out to Brent in the optical dept on his recent promotion! Kaden is who I worked with the most this time. He assisted me in my purchase of some exquisite Masunaga Kenzo Takada frames. Thank you Kaden for your insight. My children and I have been customers with Accent Eyewear for years and wouldn't trust anyone else. Thanks guys!

First shared review that wasn't very positive but I take that all back. It was only a misunderstanding and an error on both our parts. They corrected it and we're really awesome through the whole process. They are great and what they do. They're wonderful their patients.

Such friendly and easy to work with staff. Was able to get weekend appointments which was amazing. I have nothing bad to say, it was easy and great. Looking forward to picking up my new glasses!!

Everyone was so helpful, friendly and kind. Explained pricing and special offers for both contact lenses and glasses. It's a pleasure to see them every year.

I am not coming back to Accent - Tanasbourne. New owner ? Poor customer service. I've been waiting for my glasses for a month now, yet no update. Don't waste your time coming here.
