John Day Eye Care

On my first visit I found the staff and provider to be very friendly and very helpful. I have had glasses for the last 4 years and wanted to try contacts. They were very informative and extremely helpful with the learning process. 1 week later I went in to see if the contacts were working. Some adjustments and left seeing even better. I will gladly go back and will gladly recommend them to anyone

My 4-year-old daughter has been doing occupational therapy for over a year because she was struggling with fine motor skills and things like copying what we draw. We took her to Dr Archibald who said she needed glasses. She picked her favorite "super cute" glasses that she loves. As soon as they came in and she started wearing them her therapy test scores shot up. She's not hurting herself as much as she used to by falling or running into things, and she's actually started to enjoy coloring which she used to hate. I'm so glad I took her in and they were able to help her quickly and accurately so she can enjoy being a kid. And she will be ready to start school at grade level developmentally instead of starting behind.

I was a little nervous when I went in because I thought it was going to be expensive but I was pleasantly surprised, not bad at all! The staff was all super friendly and fun and it was an overall great experience. I can't wait to get my new glasses in!

I have had a difficult time and even a magical adjustment to one of the wrong lenses. I wanted them fixed and now I need a referral, from the Veterans Administration, again for them to fix them at yet another visit. I kept telling them and they didn't listen. Finally Recieved that call back today. As you said you would. Though it was several weeks overdue.

Very friendly, professional and always helpful... My glasses need adjusting every time I go in and I go in frequently to have them adjusted which they do with out frustration and always happy to do it.

The actual eye appointment was great . However when my daughter was picking out her glasses the lady was not helpful at all. Not sure if it was because of our insurance or what. I will not take her back there again
