I am so thankful to Junction City Vision Center. My rimless glasses broke and I thought they were ruined. I called to see if they could help me since I can't see without my glasses...I explained I didn't buy my glasses there, they told me e to come in...when I got there, a beautiful, friendly and kind young woman said "no problem" and fixed them in less than 10 minutes for free and even gave me a case for my glasses!!!
I know it was free to me but it was at their cost. This is great customer service and kindness to someone who wasn't even a client. But I will definitely be a future client. I am very grateful to Junction City Vision Center for serving our community with kindness!!!

I notified this place that the glasses they prescribed were not right. The right lens was off and blurry. I was not offered a retake on the exam though I asked. Twice they attempted to fix the glasses but each time it was blurry. The doctors response was that the glasses were correct and I could not get a refund. Do not go here!
