La Grande Family Eye Care

I received excellent care here at La Grande family eye care. The staff was professional and very caring! Dr Kimball explained my vision issues completely and my options for care. Lisa was very professional and made me feel comfortable and was very helpful! The front office staff is very nice and efficient! Thank you so much for your time and assistance!

Moved to Portland 5 years ago and I drive back to La Grande once a year to see Dr. Kimball. He is excellent!! He takes lots of time with you to explain things and discuss the best treatment options for you. I highly recommend him if you need an eye doctor! You will not be disappointed with your decision!!

Dr. Kimball and Dr. Glabe are two of the most knowledgeable eye doctors I have ever met. I used to always hate going to the eye doctor because I was always rushed to make decisions about the lenses I wanted. That was not the case at La Grande Family Eye Care. Dr. Kimball made me feel like I was his only patient and he wanted to take the time to get me the glasses that would make me the most comfortable and give me the best vision. La Grande Family eye care also has a really nice staff who will try their hardest to work with your schedule. If you are new to La Grande and need to find an Eye Doctor then I recommend you try this place first.

I don't usually make posts like this. However, the service I have received at La Grande Family Eye Care is so outstanding that I had to make a post. Recently my contacts were placed on back order. Rather than inconvenience my life, the office staff went to extra effort to find a trial pair of contacts while we wait for my contacts to arrive. Also, Dr. Kimball is exceptionally personable and competent. Thank you for running an excellent business and providing outstanding service.

Outstanding service, great price. Went there for the first time today. Staff is friendly and efficient. Diagnostics were detailed, glasses were NOT expensive. Doctor answered questions I had about my eyes, and even the waiting room has a nice feel.

Dr. Sam Kimball has provided outstanding care to me and my family members. I cannot thank him enough for his care and understanding. He is very professional and compassionate! Today was my first visit and it was exceptional. I haven't been to the optometrist in over 10 years so I was long overdue. I saw Dr. Kimbal and he was great. He was very kind, very caring to my situation and he explained everything perfectly. He was also very professional. If you are looking for a new optometrist like I was, I highly suggest him and this office.

This office is great! I met them only today as a brand new representative helping to supply their eyeglass frame selection. I left my iPad there (my professional lifeline) and Dana is personally bringing it back to me! Proof in the pudding of honesty, integrity, customer service and plain old good business!
