My first visit with Dr Garrett and his staff was a pleasant one. The staff at the reception desk were professional and friendly. Dr Garrett's assistant, Ben was so friendly and professional. He made all the pre-exam tests easy. Dr. Garrett was professional and made sure I understood what he saw during my exam.
I would definitely recommend this doctor for any eye exams.

The doctor was very clear and explaining what might be happening with my eyes. I am seeing double but only one eye has been corrected. He reassured me that was somewhat predictable with a huge change in my vision. He was kind. He was clear about what was going on. He recommended the best solution was getting the left eye done so we scheduled that a little sooner. I very much appreciate, appreciated his help and reassurance.

Dr Nisha & staff are great. Front desk only had 1 person working, with patients waiting out the door to check in/out & I had a 90 min wait time for an appointment made 6 months ago until I finally saw the doctor. I received multiple reminders to confirm my appointment & remind me of specific appointment time. I feel my time was not respected. The same thing happened last year

A "10" The physician took my symptoms seriously and he thoroughly reviewed all the tests my primary care physician ordered to understand the overall scope of my symptoms. He gave me more than ample time, listening carefully to my concerns. He didn't make me feel rushed at all. He laid out a plan forward and built in a follow up appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Carpentier.
