Eyecare Associates in Lebanon is amazing!!! The staff there are friendly, very helpful, and nice. My daughter and our family had a wonderful experience here. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I asked my daughter to tell me her view and she said
"The doctor there was really nice and funny because when I was doing my eye exam I thought that the v's were dots and the doctor had me laughing and got me to see the V's without feeling bad."

Everyone is so competent and very nice. I've never had a bad experience. Dr Sharp is very informative and knowledgeable. The ladies who helped me pick out frames were so nice. I was alone an not good at fashion so they helped me pick frames to fit my face. She described all the features I could add on, but was not pushy at all. I'm extremely happy with going here. Highly recommended.

I always have great experiences with Eyecare Associates in Lebanon no matter which doctor I see. They've been my go to for just regular check ups as well as when I had Lasik eye surgery. I recently had an infection in my eyelid and they got me in first thing that morning. Dr Sharp was awesome and very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend them.

STAY FAR AWAY! I had gone to this place when I was younger and then I moved away and started using America's Best. I decided to give this place a try again which turned out to be a big mistake. I have insurance and with America's Best an exam and contacts is like $380 which my insurance usually covers in full. This was much different. They decided to bill my insurance $407 for an exam which left no benefit for contacts and I had to pay for them in full. I had my wife call because it was her insurance and they didn't have an answer. They put her on hold and never came back. What an absolute joke of a facility. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.

Worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. It has taken them over two weeks to " find my group number" more like three weeks. Only because I called them to even get a answer. Then they proceed to tell me that it took that long to find my insurance group number. Even though I was only charged my copay. Then was told it will only take two weeks to get my sons glasses. And after almost another three weeks I show up wanting to know why. I got the same standard answer from them. Telling me we just sent them out it should take two more weeks. Now Im writing this because the two weeks have passed and still no response or even a phone call letting me know what is going on. Will NEVER go there or give them another penny. Don't get me wrong. The eye doctor was amazing. She did a great job.

I was really happy with Eyecare Associates in Lebanon. The staff and Dr. Goldstein were pleasant, and professional. The eye exam was extremely thorough and covered all aspects of eye health; not just vision. There was no hard sell to buy glasses or contacts through their office. They were happy to give me my prescription.
After seeing my last optometrist for 15 years, I wasn't looking forward to switching. After this visit, however, I'll be happy to continue with Eyecare Associates here in Lebanon. I appreciate Dr. Goldstein's unrushed demeanor and attention to detail; I'd be happy to see her for the next 15 years!
