Central Vision Clinic

I've usually had great experiences with the clinic but PLEASE for the love of God update your hours! Not only are the hours on your door incorrect but so are your hours on your website. Ive tried to come by at 4pm 6 times over the course of getting my glasses and my own. I've googled and checked the sign on your door. You each time is an inconvenience. Just update your hours please

Central Vision Clinic is the BEST vision center in the Monmouth Independence neighborhoods! Doctors Grant and Garrett are very personable and extremely thorough with exams and eye care. They have been my eye care specialists for many years. Paola and Felix are incredible support staff for the Doctors. They welcome you warmly when you arrive for your appointments. I give Central Vision Clinic 10+ stars overall. Thank you for serving our community, and thank you for your incredible care of Tom and me!

This is the best eye clinic I've ever gone too. I've been coming here for years and definitely recommend!

We arrived 10 mins early, they gave another person who came in without an appointment our time slot, then we had to wait another 40 minutes for the exam to start. They didn't ask if I was ok giving up our slot...I was late to my meeting because of this. Mind you there was only 1 person ahead of us and they had already started her appointment when we arrived. An hour later and we still aren't done with a basic eye exam

Great Doctors. Nice staff to talk to. Terrible follow through. Consistently have to follow up with them to get your glasses. We've been customers there for years, and finally feel the need to write a negative review. Handwritten notes aren't serving them well.

In January 2025, I went to Central Vision Clinic for an eye exam. It's now March 24, 2025 and I still haven't recieved my prescription. I bee there 3 times and I always get excuses. I haven't been able to drive since January. Don't use this company!

First, Dr Grant is very nice. The issue I have with this office is zero follow up on anything they promised to follow up on. Specifically, sample contact lenses, a timely referral (hours away) and billing issues. Save yourself the trouble.

The staff here is very friendly and professional, their optometrist (I'm horrible with names) was thorough and listened to my concerns. They have a wide selection of frames and as someone with a very petite face I have struggled with finding frames that don't look incredibly clunky and funny on me! I love my glasses, I just picked them up, and I can actually see better! I have a very slight rx and I believe that's why in the past I've had so much trouble with the bigger companies out in the Portland area getting it right. Extremely happy with and highly recommend central vision clinic
