I am impressed with Advance Eye Care*s professionalism. They saved me money, my exam was informative, detailed.and attentive.I am new to their services I just feel like I wouldn't want to be seen anyplace else for my future exams as they are extremely trustworthy. Thank you for my referral for my surgery I am pleased with your holistic care and look forward to having surgery done I will visit for new lenses and to be informed of the positive change surgery will bring to my life. Best glasses I have ever had. The Dr was very sweet and informative. The optician helped me pick frames that fit my face very well and explained my insurance benefits so I actually understood everything. Less that 2 weeks my glasses came in. They are so light and cute.

I've got awful memory when it comes to dates and such at times, but the ladies were super understanding of my mistake on appointment date and even tried accommodating by squeezing me in for the appointment anyway. Although this couldn't happen, they really handled things greatly and were super sweet to have tried! It's a bit embarrassing for me when I have things like this happen due to my memory at times, but they were really sweet about it and I appreciated it! Looking forward to my actual appointment with this office. It's also very clean inside!

Horrible front of house service. They push expensive frames stating they were near indestructible only to break within the 1st month of using. I called numerous times & my calls were not returned and they forgot to order my replacement frame for over 6 months. By this time my lenses were scratched & I had a lens protection coverage and was told they would just get me a whole new frame & lenses ordered but then forgot to place the order so the staff grabbed a frame off the display rack popped my lenses out of my frame into the display frame and said they would get the lenses ordered...they forgot were there and never called me to do the replacement so when I went in for the yearly visit they had those lenses there to replace the lenses but they have a bunch of numbers etched in the lense in different spots so Im not sure if they are recycled lenses but never had numbers and such etched on lenses prior. The staff doesn't clearly communicate co-pays nor give you the best options for deals for example the place I've gone to for years prior to transferring here due to relocation always looked up how to get a years worth of contact lenses with minimal cost to patients and handled rebate in-house. Here they tell you if you go for the years worth that they can give you a deal for a $100 off and your cost is minimal then after you've paid your part they bill you because they forgot to mention you have to pay them out of pocket to get the rebate... just disappointing all the way around. I had better care when I was on Oregon Health Plan than I do now with private insurance..

My toddler got a hold of my new glasses and broke the arm off of them. I called into the office trying to find out if I could order a replacement arm for them, fully expecting to pay out of pocket. Thanks to the diligence of the gentleman I spoke with (I forgot his name) in reaching out to the manufacturer, he was able to secure me a free warranty replacement, even though they were broken by my son. Extremely thankful for the help that I received, and the staff is always so pleasant whenever I have questions. I can't recommend them enough.

The staff were so kind and friendly! Chloe made the initial process go so fast! She deserves a raise! Unfortunately I was not interested in spending about $1000 on glasses and sun glasses, not including contacts. Will be ordering elsewhere :)

Absolutely wonderful!! I have been going to Dr Goodwin for 20 years, in fact my entire family are patients of his. Dr Goodwin is kind, caring and extremely knowledgable. His staff is fantastic! When I lost my insurance, they quoted me before the exam began to ensure there were no surprises. They have consistently gone above and beyond when it comes to caring for their patients. In addition, the selection of eyewear and sunglasses is top notch. They have everything from Nike to Rayban to Kate Spade.

The doctor is awesome. Their prices are double any where's else I have went. Over $500 out of pocket after insurance. On top of that , my frames broke a little over a year later and they will not fix them. If you go here, get your glasses somewhere else.
