Very tough morning for the staff as patient rooming was slow. It happens and I was thanked for my patience as my intake was delayed. Actual service was smooth. I did note that upon my arrival only one registration slot was staffed but several front office staff were present but not at their station.

I was pleased that there was almost no wait time after my assigned appointment time. The young woman who did the preliminary work was very good, and Dr Skalet was up to date immediately (first appointment with this doctor). I was a little disappointed that he had no more help with my increasingly blurry vision than to use eyedrops more often. I appreciated Dr. Skalet's manner and professionalism.

Dr Bentzen was cordial and pleasant. I am having some different (to me) symptoms. He explained the probable reasons and encouraged me to return to be rechecked in a month. I would certainly be ok with having Dr Bentzen see me again in the future but want to remain with Dr Weber as my primary doc.

The staff is awesome. Dr Kerr was great. My concerns were addressed kindly and I was very satisfied with my visit. Terri on the optical side was wonderful and was super helpful with finding me the right eyewear. Would highly recommend these folks!

Love my doctor, don't like the office and support staff. I waited over an hour to be called back, appointment at 0950 called at 1055. Tech was confused about how the equipment worked, removed guide that supports the arm so it was wobbly. Had to have assistance with all areas of exam. I asked if she was new or just learning and she said no. Other than doctor ( nice, thoughtful and professional) staff was dismissive and condescending (office staff). I only continue to go for the doctor

This was the wildest experience. I had an appointment at 340 pm . I didn't get seen untill 4:30. They were nice enough about it. Then the assistant did all the testing. I asked if I could get a prescription for glasses and contacts. She said sure & I will tell the doctor. The department on site was closing at 5. I had my eyes numbed and dilated at 5:00 . Saw the doctor who was nice enough. This was at 5:20 Made apologies. I left at 5:30 with a prescription and an appointment for next year. I thought. The departments to get contacts and glasses were already closed on site. Tried to order on line with the prescription they gave me. It wasn't valid. Because I have to use them for another appointment and a $88 fee for another exam. Then get another appointment for glasses & a fee for fitting & exams . I don't have hours of time to waste for 2 more appointments. The lack of communication is diabolical.
