They were able to get me in earlier than scheduled, which was a god send! I barely sat down when I was called back by the friendliest gal ever. So polite and professional. The optometrist came in wearing an incredible Hawaiian shirt and wet talked about his recent vacation to Hawaii and traditions right into my results. Very friendly and professional. Explained everything 2-3 times. The other two were by request, my memory sucks! All in all it was the best experience I've had going to an optometrist! Now we're just gotta teach dentists offices how to treat their patients this way!

Tried to make an appointment but due to not having private insurance I was told I was not a priority and would not be able to get an appointment until three months out was told this by the office manager, and the receptionist was also told if I did not like it, go somewhere else. Very rude very disrespectful very unprofessional
