I love having Dr. Shane Kim as my Ophthalmologist! Both he and his assistant are kind, efficient, and very informative, and they both put me at ease during the procedures. I appreciate the respect Dr. Kim shows me as the ultimate manager of my own health care. I don't feel rushed to make decisions until I am ready to move forward. It means a lot to be treated with dignity! Thanks Dr. Kim for a wonderful experience!

I had my first visit with Dr Karen Truong yesterday. My whole experience was great! Front desk was quick & helpful. The tech that helped me first in my room was great and very efficient. I'm sorry I don't recall her name. Dr Truong was very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend her.

I've been playing phone tag since Saturday with Zoe trying to set up my surgery schedule. As a retired business man, consultant and 10 year Vietnam veteran I have very little patience with those who can't multitask or don't know the definition of customer service. On the other hand the receptionist are gracious and professional. The nurse was exceptionally good with the eye exam and DR. Kim was very gracious, informative and helpful in putting me at ease while explaining the surgical procedure. I will also add he did my wife's surgery recently and we have nothing but high praise for him, but again scheduling leaves a lot to be desired.

If you read this and it mentioned he's good at a root canal, please ignore that. I wrote this for the wrong doctor. Robert Hampel at Eye Health is the one I'm suppose to review. He was very good and fast at getting my correct prescription for my eyes. High recommend Eye Health Northwest.

This place tried to charge my elderly mother $700 for glasses! We went to America Best and they were only $178. Do yourself a favor and price check this place. They are not the only place in town to buy glasses. You can have your prescription filled anywhere.
