She took her time and was thorough with myself and my son! She was personable and genuine. I've went to vision works in the past and always felt rushed and pushed through. I'd recommend Jill Cuthbertson and her staff!

Love this office. It's so hard to find a good eye doctor in Erie. You will definitely be taken care of in this office. Everyone from reception to doctor Jill are nice and welcoming. They do a great job with your eye and contact lenses exams, fitting, communication and feedback. Don't think twice, you won't regret seeing doctor Jill

Dr. Cuthbertson is great! However, the staff up front isn't so great. Wait time is horrible, they try and charge for stuff you don't want. They need to speed up service. They've mischarged my insurance. Gave me someone else's contacts. Next time, I'll definitely go to a different eye doctor.

Jill is professional, compassionate and runs a great business in Erie. Her staff is also professional and compassionate, which speaks volumes about the company culture. I recommend Dr. Jill for a routine eye exam and any other services she provides, her customer service is a 10 rating. Thank you, Dr. Jill!

The worst place ever! Gave dilating drops BEFORE eye exam, so couldn't see the chart properly. Person putting in the drops had NO idea how to do it. Told me they took my insurance weeks before appointment, then after the exam, told me they didn't accept it and so I had to pay full price. It took HOURS for an exam. Then it took WEEKS for the glasses. Then I couldn't see out those new glasses and it took HOURS again to try and correct the prescription, then WEEKS again for replacement glasses. It took me THREE months to get glasses I could just barely see out of. The girl who takes your glasses to read the prescription took HOURS to read them. I have been getting exams and glasses for 25 years and have NEVER seen such incompetence in my life. AWFUL.

Dr Cuthbertson and staff are excellent. Personal, caring, dedicated. Dr Cuthbertson takes the time to educate patients about good eye health, allows time for questions and doesn't rush you out the door. This is, refreshingly, not an assembly line approach to patient care.

Dr Culbertson was extremely kind and patient with me. She wasn't "just in it for the money". She really cares about her patients. She has recently hired some really good staff also. I definitely would recommend her to everyone !!

Paid $320 for a pair of glasses with all of the extras for lenses that they talk you into, here I am 4 months past the 1 year warranty and something in the coating has completely dissolved, making it blurry to see through and useless for me wear now. However, they say they can't do anything for me because the warranty has expired- even though according to the warranty, anti-reflective coating warranty's should be good for 2 years. But, now the super expensive lenses they talked me into are now worthless, and I'm without useable glasses. The office should have at least attempted to get me a replacement set of lenses, but nope, the only solution offered was paying $350 for new lenses without any insurance coverage, or wait until May 2017 of next year (it's currently June 2016) for a new pair of frames and lenses when insurance will cover them... the above reviewer is right, it's certainly not the same. I've heard good things about Council Optometric in Erie as a recommendation.
