I went to the Danville site for consultation. I went to the Allenwood site for cataract surgery. I went to the Lewisburg site for a follow up appointment. From the time I entered each of these locations, I was treated with respect and kindness. The process at each site was extremely organized. Everything was explained very clearly so I was able to understand. They took time to answer any questions I had. I will definitely go back when I have the next eye done.

Bilateral Cataract surgery was very successful under the care of Dr Onishi. He is very skilled and the process was user friendly Educational, efficient, and effective. At 79 y/o I now have 20/20 vision post op !!!

From the girls at the front desk to everyone in the back I can't thank them enough for taking such wonderful care of her. Everyone is knowledgeable, empathetic and very professional. Regarding surgery, they did a great job, but they stack up patients so tightly that your follow up appointments take an unacceptable amount of time. My dad is 83. He should not have to sit there for so long! They need to work on the scheduling issues.

Was in the surgery center side of building. My son had to have a procedure with his ears. Very nice people for the most part. My son was still trying to wake up from being put out. I felt a little pushed to hurry up and get him out. Other than that, great place with caring people- for the most part

I recently had cataract surgery done by Dr. Hartzell . I worried about the procedure and how it would affect my eye sight. Turned out Dr. Hartzell did an excellent job and now I only need glasses to read. I no longer have to wear my Rx. glasses after so many years. The staff that he has at both Allenwood and Williamsport are by far the nicest medical staff I ever had, in particular Lydia. My wife and I both had surgery and Lydia made everything so easy for us. We owe her a special thank-you for all her hard work and compassion she showed us.
