I have been going to the eye center for over 20 years. I never had a problem!!! NOW with this new My eye doctor ,nothing but problems. They changed my prescription, and I couldn't read the road signs. I had much better vision with my older glasses. I went through the normal protocols of adjustment time, readjusting the glasses two times. Then the eye doctor recheck my prescription and said it was good. I still couldn't see properly. They remade my lenses after discovering my progressives were not lined up properly. Then after an adjustment time(again) I still couldn't see the road signs. I had to seek out another eye doctor to give me a second opinion. I returned the glasses for a refund. Unfortunately , I had to move on to a new eye doctor. It seems like half of the staff isn't very welcoming or very friendly anymore. I am having fantastic results with my new glasses from a different doctor.

We had an issue with my husbands glasses and they were great with helping us to replace them . The manager and other female worker were very friendly and helpful in finding the frames that worked for him. I would recommend this practice for your eye glasses needs .

Id give no stars if possible. I caretake my 82 year old Mother. I need to schedule exams early or need to take time off work. ON November 25, my Mother had a 9:20 appointment. We need to drive one hour to go to appointment. It's cancelled. YES CANCELLED.! Never called, claimed to, check history on both my phone and hers. Didn't try as we drove the 45 minutes to get there. The employees smiled almost passive aggressively. Taking a sort of glee in the fact that I had wasted a whole day off of work. Oh they could reschedule and waste another day for me. Unprofessional. The just didn't care. Eye doctors are a dime a dozen. Even in Ambridge Kappy Optical on 13th street and he is so much more reasonable. They simply do not care about patients here, im taking my Mother to another doctor, in which maybe the employees are a little more helpful. This place should be closed. Any Insurance company that does business or recommends this place are just trying to get your insurance money. The doctor never even came out to explain what happened, LET ALONE APOLOGIZE. But they are a Dr and my Mother is just a patient. and YOUR NAME IS ON THE DOOR. Complete with the initials of your degree which its obvious you went to a school that doesn't teach basic patient care. SHAME ON YOU

The worst experience I ever had. Went in for an eye exam and the Dr spent less then ten minutes. The office called me back and rescheduled a new eye exam and we figured out what the issue was. I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend family and friends to make an appointment here.

I had the worst experience with the eye center now part of MYyEyeGroup. I got new prescription sunglasses & I could not see out of them. I went back a few weeks later & Dr. Molina examined me again & said to give it some time to get used to them. So that's what I did. I wore them for 2 months on & off because my vision was terrible with them on. I went back & Dr. Molina took a closer look at my regular prescription glasses & said that it may be the curvature of the lenses that is distorting my vision. So he talked to his employee Megan about it & she then talked to me & told me she would contact that home office & see what they could do. A week went by & I never heard a word about my glasses so I called the office & asked to speak to Megan & the girl I talked to said she was with a patient. She took my phone number & said that Megan would call me back. I waited all that day & half of the next day & still no call back from Megan. I called later on in the day the next day after not hearing anything & asked questions of what was going on with my glasses. The girl that answered the phone said she'd check on them. She came back to the phone & said that my glasses were not there & she was told they gave them back to me. I told her no one gave them back to me & she once again said that she was told they gave them back to me. She then said she'd look again & came back to phone , said she found them but wasn't sure what was going on with them. I asked to speak to Megan & once again was told she was with a customer By now I was fuming because no one seemed to know anything & Megan would talked to me. I said I'm coming to pick my glasses up. When I got there & got my glasses the girl said they couldn't do anything about fixing the issue. I'm not sure they even contacted the home office about the situation. I have been going The Eye Center for over 40 years & I am completely disgusted with the service I received. If Dr. Molina would have told me the first time I went back with the problem about the curvature they may have gotten fixed. I paid a lot of money for these glasses & I will never go back to this office again.

I went to see the doctor for an exam and the doctor spent less then 10 minutes on my exam. I didn't feel that was enough time. The doctor was very short with me and acted like she didn't want to be bothered with me. Not a place I would recommend to my peers or family!

Dissapointing customer service. I have been with this practice for 45+ years (started with Dr. Cohen) and the recent customer service has gone drastically down hill. I went in to get my new glasses adjusted after having them for a week and the glasses were accidentally broken. No big deal, accidents happen. What happened next? I was told that I would have to choose a different pair of glasses. Really? I just bought them. The optician said she would check with other locations to see if anyone had another pair. The next day, no call back. Again, no big deal since it was right before the holiday. I waited until Tuesday to call in and was told they had no answers for me and that I should come in and choose another frame. I asked if they had heard from the other locations and was told no, but they would check into it. I called Wednesday to check the status and was told the same thing and that the optician is on vacation and will be back in 2 weeks. I guess there is no coverage when someone takes a vacation. Not wanting to continue to be put off, I asked to just have my money refunded and that I didn't want to choose different frames. I was put on hold while the receptionist talked with the regional manager, who was in the office. I was told that there are no refunds. Isn't that just grand? I am sure that Dr. Howard Cohen would be truly disappointed to know how this situation is being handled. To be continued.......

Dr Molina saw a partial tear in my retina. He called the eye surgeon in Sewickley and they did the surgery right away. If he didn't see the partial tear it would hare torn completely and I would have been blind in that eye. Love The Eye Center/My Eye Dr. Thanks Dr. Molina & Staff.
