Staff was friendly, but the doc definitely did not want to be bothered with questions or concerns. She was clearly not listening, talking over me and the whole appointment was kind of rushed. From the time I walked in to register (new patient paperwork) to the time I sat back down in my car after test, exam, eyeglass selection and payment was literally 30 minutes. I can't say they were rude in anyway, but I definitely left feeling like an inconvenience to their day.

Dr Cheney and the staff are wonderful. They listen, they hear you, and they work to give you an amazing experience when it comes to your eyes. In today's world of rushing and doing things fast, the fact they hear you and treat you like a person, is amazing! I always recommend him and this practice. Thank you for all you do!!

I took my son for his first eye appointment and could not have been more impressed with the patience the staff showed my curious 7 year old, including answering questions about how they ended up in their profession. Dr Cheney and the team were fantastic - efficient, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. The entire visit was smooth from start to finish. We felt well cared for and confident in the expertise provided. Highly recommend this office for anyone seeking professional eye care with a personal touch and welcoming atmosphere.

Was never so humiliated in my life they made the lines in my glasses crooked. Some lady named Julie was absolutely ignorant. They tried to get a copay out of me which was not necessary through my insurance and I'm positive they already knew that so they wanted to pocket my $40 the two big ladies that work in the office or like bouncers at a nightclub

I had to get new vision insurance due to life changes and it didn't cover the vision care office I had been dealing with for years. I have been in need of new glasses for awhile. I contacted & visited several 'in-network' locations, all of which gave me prices that I thought were way too high with insurance, as I could go back to my old office and buy over the counter at the same price! So, on a recommendation from a friend, I walked into the local MyEyeDr office in Beaver, PA today. Ashley took care of me and had me set up in no time with better lenses for substantially less than any other quote! She was very kind, professional and knew what she was doing. She went above & beyond to get my insurance coverages figured out and applied properly to what I wanted. She definitely won me over as a return customer for MyEyeDr!

Very good experience here! Great eye appointment & contact exam. They price matched my Costco membership on contacts without my asking! Highly recommend this office in particular!

I recently came here for the first time and was absolutely amazed by the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Dr Chenet was fantastic. I needed new lenses and wasn't sure what I wanted.. the staff helped me pick them out, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend MyEyeDr enough! I am extremely impressed with this establishment and will be returning/ recommending this place to everyone I know.

Love this place. Awesome doctor and staff. They really take time with you when picking out your frames and also make sure you have the right fit.
