Eyes Express

Went in for some nose pads for my glassses. The guy there was super nice. He put in the pads for me free of charge. Would definitely patronize this store in the future.

AWESOME! Been coming here for years, and highly recommend. Never feel rushed, appointments are always on time, never a wait, and staff is so helpful and takes the time to help you get the glasses best for you!

Every experience I've had here has been great. I especially appreciate the front office and their patience while going through the frame selection. He always crunches the numbers to make sure you're getting your money's worth with or without insurance.

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. I haven't gotten my eyes checked in over 7 years and was pretty nervous. They went over my insurance plan with me and made sure they understood what I wanted to do in regards to me switching from glasses to lenses. Dr. beato took the time to examine my eyes thoroughly, was patient and answered every question with great care. She was able to prescribe me the best contacts for my vision and gave me a lenses starter kit including my contacts during my visit!! It was unbelievably pleasant experience, I left the office so happy to be able to see without squinting or straining my eyes! I've never been more impressed at a doctors office, I'm recommending it to all of my friends and family

Horible experience! After 2 weeks with the glasses, the script was way too strong for me I called them to tell them and they want to charge me $129 to come back in for another exam. Never again. I am now stuck with a pair of glasses I can not wear because I have severe headaches that I get when I wear them! Please do research and go to a well known Dr.

I have difficulty with my eyes. My prescription is a tough one. The Doctor just made me a great pair of glasses. I had tried a "Chain" eyeglass place in the area. I felt I was overcharged and I returned to Eyes Express. The glasses were reasonably priced (less than half what I payed at the other place ) and I got them really fast.

This office is clean and nice inside, their prices are marked up by over 100% after ordering glasses from here I came home to find that I had over paid for my frames by $130. The Dr is nice and very thorough but her staff up front are a little unprofessional and not so inviting. They have a website with no useful information and plenty of typos and no photos of the Dr or the products they offer on it and while booking an appointment over the phone I felt as though I was talking to someone who didnt really know what they were doing. At this point i'm not so certain I will continue to come here after this visit. Especially if I have to wait 2 weeks for my glasses to come in.

I don't understand all the negative comments; I feel like I'm reading about somewhere else. My husband and I have gone to Dr Beato for quite a few years now. We go every 2 years for glasses and my husband goes every 3 months for his glaucoma check Dr Beato herself is very professional and knows what she's doing. She explains things completely. As for the staff, I've never found them to be anything but nice and helpful, either in person or by phone.
