Eyeland Optical Berwick

Excellent eye doctor. The ladies that run the store are pleasant and very very smart. They're not pushy or impatient. They are very honest and are experienced. My only concern is that whoever makes the glasses and shipping is quite a long wait. I understand 1 to 3 weeks for processing, but 5 weeks waiting on my new glasses and still dont have them, is quite a long time. Thankfully Erika contacted me, explained what happened to my glasses and had me come back right away, and pick another frame to replace the frame that was unavailable. Erika was so pleasant and was extremely helpful picking out a frame. Thank you to Erika and everyone at eyeland Berwick. Im sure I'll have my glasses in a few weeks.

I've been in here a handful of times every one of the staff members is nice, sweet, and welcoming to new patients. Every step was communicated clearly and simply, and they did what they could to help. There's a texting system they have to update you with when your glasses are ready, appointment reminders, etc. I'll be going here for my next appointment!

Been going here for 5 plus years now. Great service, great warranty's. 10/10 recommend

Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else! No communication and when you call to see what's going on all you get is a run around story and told they'll call you. Need people that actually have experience working there.

This was my first time visiting the Berwick office. I was a patient at the Hazleton office for years before they closed, so I was a bit nervous about going. But guess what? The staff at the Berwick office were just as friendly and helpful as the ones I was used to. They even helped me pick out glasses that looked great on me and made sure I got the best deal. Thank you!

The positive was the prices were good negative is when you go in there and look at glasses without an appointment they act like you're bothering him. I have bought three pairs of glasses from there and it might be my last but really bugged me was that I ordered my glasses a month ago. They told me 2 to 3 weeks never got a call and I called when they're there so how long were they there?

I was going to the Hazleton location before they merged with Berwick. Had my frames break on me after the merge so I called about getting a new pair and paying out of pocket for them. Was told it could be done and someone would call me later in the day. Nothing ever happened!

Don't you dare walk in there without an appointment. The front window says walk-ins welcome, so I walked in hoping to browse their sunglasses. Didn't need help or anything. Lady in the front became flustered that I didn't have an appointment and stated one was needed to look. I explained I had a prescription and I could come back to make an appointment but I want to browse first. She flailed her arms and got upset and said "fine go, go ahead". I'm not going to Waste their time nor mine scheduling an appointment to browse sunglasses. I understand it may of been busy and they were with customers however if they want my business she could of been polite about it. Everywhere else I've been to today had no problem with browsing, some asked to schedule an appointment if I was interested in anything, not unreasonable. Owner may contact me if interested.
