I didn't have to wait very long, and felt my visit was very thorough. The technician, doctor, and student who examined me were all happy to answer the many questions I had. I felt that they spent a lot of time with me and really worked to figure out what type of glasses and prescription would be best for my vision. The only downside for me was the TV in the waiting room - I find the noise unnecessary and distracting. The people were great!
