I love ordering my contacts from web eye care and have never had any issues. With a recent order I ran into a few hiccups with my orders but after speaking with Andy he was able to ensure that everything was taken care of and made right. The fast actions to correct the issues and the communication was great I appreciate your whole team as I know that this can be a high demand business and get very busy. This company sucks. I only went with it because it was a little cheaper than another website. BIG MISTAKE. I would have paid a little extra and I would have had my contacts by now. I understand that I would have to wait about a week before I got them but it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't received a tracking number. I was told that my contacts were being shipped to their warehouse in my state and would be there by the 8th and I would receive my tracking number. The 8th came and went and nothing. And no one in customer service can give me an update besides the typical "we'll let you know when we know". I have a strong perscription, i get that. But I have NEVER waited more than 1 week before receiving my contacts in the mail, let alone over 2 weeks before even getting a tracking number. Apparently they strap your order to a pigeon and that sucker just flaps around the US for about a week when the psychodelics wear off and FINALLY gets to your state. Then MAYBE you'll get an email with your tracking number and then send it out on the back of a turtle with ADHD. Stay away and pay the extra $10 like I should have and get your contacts in a reasonable time frame.

Had a really good experience with them. Sent me my contacts and one of the prescriptions had been reversed. They got it corrected and shipped the correct one at no charge to me. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again

Customer service is good. Order was easy. I ordered contacts, tracking showed as delivered but I never received the contacts. Mark from customer service helped resolve this. Eventually the contacts were shipped to a different address, which worked out. Price is competitive to other online vendors (yes, it is terribly annoying that the full price is never quoted upfront - unfortunately all online vendors do that).

Great job from Daniel, order was placed 2 weeks ago and has not been processed. Eventually they chose to stiff me and stop replying to emails. I am out $223.99. Even though I have asked for a refund at each point of contact they have ignored my requests. Is this clear enough? I am for the fourth time asking for a refund.

Terrible experience. Rude customer service, difficult to get refund...multiple mistakes. Run!! Use 1800 contacts...so much better Follow up: It is not just the time factor, it is how rude and confrontational your staff was when calling to check status. And just fyi...the refund has still not posted so we had to file with the credit card company. You can respond to all these negative reviews but prospective customers will see right through it and avoid your business. Get your ducks in a row and quit giving customers the runaround on their contacts.

Horrible experience with them. I ordered contacts on the 14th. PAID for faster shipping (3-7) days and got nothing. I keep contacting "Daniel" from customer service and it's always the same answer of him getting back to me or emailing me the next day and I get nothing. No email, no update, no text, no call, nothing. Now I'm struggling to even get a refund. All I want is my money back since it's been over 13 days and no contacts or refund. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Would not recommend to anyone. Go somewhere else.

After 3 days of seeing pending as my order status I finally called to see what the delay was. Horrible customer service and they still said they will be shipped in another couple of days. I would have never ordered from them if i had known it would take a week to ship out my contacts. WIll not order from them again.
