had an amazing experience at America's Best in Broomall. The manager, Comar, was outstanding with exceptional customer service, and kemesha was just as wonderful ,both were all smiles and incredibly friendly the entire time. I observed how welcoming and helpful they were with every customer, not just me. They made sure I understood everything I needed to know. The optometrist/ophthalmologist and his technician were also excellent and very professional. The entire team truly deserves 5 stars!

It's a very great experience at America's Best, they have a great welcoming when you come in. And the associate Matt helped me a lot about the order and insurance stuff, and he even made a phone call to make sure my benefits based on my insurance, which took a long time. Other associates were also very patient to help, explained and helped me to compare a lot of different brands of contact lenses. Thanks them so much. Overall, this is a place I would definitely recommend

This is the second time I've used America's best for my annual appointment for both glasses and contacts. They have exceptional customer service. All staff from the front desk to the doctor are extremely helpful without being too gimmicky or trying to constantly upsell. Really recommend this place! I get both contacts and glasses :-)

Went to this location for the first time today and it was wonderful!! I got my eyes checked and it was so quick and easy. I paid $95 for the eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses! What a deal! The staff was so kind and friendly and overall great!! Will definitely be back.

The worst glasses buying experience I have ever had. They messed up my prescription twice, ordered me the wrong type of contacts, and then never called me back after I called requesting a refund. More than 3 weeks after starting this process, I'm walking away without glasses, but thankfully all of my money back. Completely unprofessional. Save yourself some time.

My friend and I come together to do exams/pick out glasses. We take a long time because we have fun while we do it too. Bryce is great! He made jokes with us and was very communicative when he was checking us out. He was able to be clear through each step of the process when choosing lens options and add ons. Bryce was amazing! Definitely recommend!
