I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters Store #5105 in Center Valley. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and assisted promptly, which made the visit very smooth and comfortable. My optometrist, Dr. Mohammad, was excellent. He was very professional, explained everything clearly, and reassured me that my eye health was in good condition. He is truly a top-notch doctor, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone. I also want to give special thanks to Isabella (Employee #672763), who assisted me at checkout. She provided outstanding customer service, explained the promotions clearly, and made the entire process easy and pleasant. Overall, great service, knowledgeable staff, and a very positive experience. Thank you to Dr. Mohammad and Isabella for making my visit exceptional!

LensCrafters at Promenade Center Valley are awesome! I went on January 17th for my eye appointment for an exam and to pick out my glasses everyone there was fantastic! Shalonda who initially ran eye testing and some pretty cool devices that were used, than afterwards Dr. Mohammad Mukhtarzada was awesome, to the final sale and fitting to choose my glasses with Renee. I've had a terrible experience at center valley. I've gone there for a few years and have never had a great experience, so I am leaving. First of all, their attitude is very condescending-- particularly Dr Novak. Additionally, they are extremely hard to get through to, and almost never answer the phone. I have two small children and work full time so I tried to make an appointment after work and drive through rush hour traffic-- I called and told them I was expected to be 10 min late and they said it was ok. I got there 11 minutes late so they cancelled my appointment. Honestly unbelievable. If they couldn't accommodate me they should've said so when I called. This has been a huge waste of time.

LensCrafters - Center Valley was extremely helpful in repairing my glasses. One of my lenses fell out when a branch hit them as I was doing some fall cleanup. I brought them to the center valley, pa location and they fixed them in a timely fashion without charge. Very nice and helpful

The staff was terrific in helping me select frames that worked for my script, budget, and style, and not simply for the sake of their sales. I'll be recommending this location to anyone for the quality and integrity of the staff.

My glasses I had bought online were killing my ears. I took them to my eye doctor office and they mangled them and made them worse. When I popped into LensCrafters they happily fixed them (after a laugh at how messed up they were ) and I am finally out of pain! Thank you so much!!

We are going to the Eagles game this Sunday and I realized my other half's glasses were broken. How is he driving? Not sure but he really needs to see the ball for the Rams / Eagles game lol. Anyway I live close so I swung in on a Friday night and they were all awesome. My little had just woken up and they were so sweet to him. The glasses fixed within moments and we were on our way. Thank you for a great experience, I hope Lee finds his way back in to change up his frames to something a little more sturdy. Highly recommend!

* edited as it was resolved within 12 hours * Nikole is an absolute asset to LensCrafters, and I want to tell you why. My glasses (Rayban/Meta) were defective and covered under warranty by the brand, as detailed in the attached letters. Exceptional service from them, and appreciated. My glasses came from Target Optical so performing warranty service at a totally different store left ambiguity for me, I wasn't sure how to proceed. I called a couple months ago to LensCrafters to inform of this letter and what next steps are and was basically turned away - we can't help. That lead to me posting this negative review last night. On a whim, I called again today. While there was some ambiguity, I was invited into the store on a time that worked for me, greeted immediately and felt like a true customer. Nikole took a look at the paperwork and explained a bit about it - but knew exactly what to do, as well as another staff member who came up and looked with her. This crucial step of inviting me into the store to see the paperwork - an I don't know let's find out moment, was what truly needed. The previous person who answered the phone had dismissed it and didn't show any signs of wanting to dig deep. However, I also can see how not seeing the paperwork and someone unaware of how to speak of it just being a one off tough luck deal. But Nikole not only resolved the warranty effortlessly for me, she expectations on what's next and I'm well informed. But most importantly to me, as a leader of people - especially in higher end retail, is her authentic composure and integrity - she truly made me feel valuable, even showing up in half my pajamas! She didn't make me feel insecure, but more of a professional friend, showing genuine interest in me as a person and a professional. I talk a lot, and am incredibly verbose - usually people awkwardly break off from it, but she protected our time and experience to the level I needed it - and I left feeling great about my new LensCrafter partnership, as I no longer work close to my previous optical. So in 12 hours, I went from detractor to brand ambassador, and look forward to my eye exam and a second set of glasses from Rayban with a much lighter frame for daily use. Yes you have a long read here, but in the world of Amazon, and other competitors - the feedback for Nikole is stellar, she single handedly pulled this off, but more importantly the feedback for the original woman I talked to twice - have the courage to try and fail, don't be so immediately dismissive . Customers expect you to be an expert, and if you have knowledge gaps or need further probing questions - simply inviting me to come in would have made all the difference. Was it because commission wouldn't be involved for warranty work, making me less valuable to spend your time with? Positive intent it was just a knowledge gap, but please take the feedback mystery lady and ensure your product knowledge is foolproof, and have the courage to partner or ask questions before being dismissive. I work retail. Our industry sustains because of being subject matter experts - when we lose that white glove service, we'll, our glasses become AI superimposed over pictures and probably have a highest in of return causing much more loss to open box product. This is valuable and critical feedback that I'm sharing as I too was given this feedback, and I still look to that mentor to this day. Thank you again Nikole, well done and such a great use of my time today being off of work - you are a rockstar!
