Kremer Eye center has been very professional. The organization is very patient friendly and time sensitive. The medical care has been excellent with up to date diagnostic equipment and, at least our doctor who has been "right on" with my treatment.
From the front desk to the operating room I couldn't have felt more comfortable and under the care of compassionate and confident doctors and staff. I am so upset I let my own anxiety hold me back from this experience for so long. The surgery was fast and I never felt a thing other than reassurance as each step was explained in detail. Doctor Hoffman is thorough and skilled in her craft. I was confident to move forward with surgery because Dr Hoffman and her team explained everything in a way that I could understand and when I had questions their office's response time blew me away. I would highly recommend this location and every employee I have met here. Thank you for the gift of vision. I am so grateful for your services.
Terrible experience! I went into their Chads Ford office last week to have testing done for glaucoma. The offices are old and very outdated. One of the machines had trouble working and the technician had to get help to get it set and working again. They have you wait in a small office the size of a closet that they call a waiting room. The doctor was ok but seemed rushed to get me to the next small waiting area.
I met with their patient consultant to schedule Laser Trabeculopasty a few days later.
The sent me two text messages confirming my appointment at their King of Prussia location. To be clear that I was going to the right place I called the Chadds Ford office the day before and double checked that I had to go to the King of Prussia location and not the Chadds Ford location again.
After having to leave work early and arranging someone to drive me out to King of Prussia, I arrive to find out that the doctor is in the Chadds Ford location. The receptionist tells me that if my appointment was earlier in the day, I could drive there and they could fit me in, but since it's later in the day, I would just need reschedule the treatment.
After driving home completely frustrated I called the Patient Consultant at the Chadds Ford office and left a message. No response. I even waited another day. No call, no email, no text message.
I will be canceling my treatment and going to another company for eye care. I can't image trusting them with your eyes!
Dr Cohn and his assistant, Michele are the best! They put me at ease, instilled confidence in their treatment plan and delivered results. I was treated like family! My eye problem was complicated - thankfully I made my way from Wills Eye to Kremer and am not looking back. One day out from a Zen gel stent implant and I am ever so grateful for the care given to me by these wonderful health care professionals. I am optimistic about the outcome and am prepared to have Dr Cohn address the cataract and pressure problems in my other eye. Now, that's a sure tell!
The most unprofessional medical experience of my life. My original appointment's test results were never submitted to insurance, which required me to return 3 months later to conduct the same test. The tech at that time coached me on the test the second time to ensure we got similar results so that it could be covered by insurance, stating things like it was morning during the last test so make my eyes a little sleepier. My vision is impaired, there's no need for me to do so I continued the test truthfully. Due to the error on their end the first visit, the doctor, who was amazing during every appointment, let me know that there would be no charge for today's visit and sent me on my way. Fast forward to the day before my surgery, I recieved a letter from my insurance letting me know my surgery was denied. When I called my insurance, they informed me that Kremer did not properly submit my paperwork, the results from my first test were sent instead of the more recent one and those results were now too far from the surgery date. At that point I gave up with Kremer, there were many other appointment and billing calls and missteps on their part I won't even get into, but now they are attempting to collect the charge from the appointment I had to attend because of their mistake and of which the doctor, again she was lovely, informed me I wouldn't be responsible for. The first attempt to collect this bill was from a year later and a totally separate office, I informed them of all of this information, and still they persist.
Amazing experience. Every visit was efficient and easy. Vision is 20/20 after lasik. Whole process was a breeze. Thank you so much!
My first visit was a very prompt friendly experience. They were right on time which is huge to me as I live on a very tight schedule. Everyone was very nice and courteous , and everything was explained to me in great detail. It was a great experience.
My office visit from check-in to the technician who did my eye testing, to meeting the doctor and addressing my concerns were great! They were very professional, respectful, and understanding of my issues. Dr Cohn was very reassuring and made me feel at ease during my visit.
