I am a long time patient at the Media office and really like the doctors but the office staff are rude and ignorant to patients. I made an appointment I thought at the Media office today- at least that's where I thought the appointment was- I got there 15 minutes early and was told my appointment was at Crozer- the receptionist was nice and said she would call Crozer to let them know I'd be a little late- I drove there and was really only 10 minutes late but that receptionist was alone answering phones and being snippy to the 2 people in front of me so said I was 15 minutes late. She said the dr was booked and refused to see me. I live 40 minutes away. I will never go here again- there are lots of choices in health care and You are losing lots of good customers!
