2 years ago I paid over 450 dollars for my glasses, I know I have 100 dollars in insurance for frames. That's over 500 dollars plus whatever my insurance paid them. At checkout the staff would not give me a receipt. Her excuse was " There's some of our information on it"!!! I knew right there something wasn't right. The tint looks like it's peeling/wearing off my glasses. They've never been right from day one. I'm wearing glasses that are 4 or 6 years old cause I can see out of them. The staff is awful!!! As far as the prescription on my glasses, it was wrong and I feel either I was ripped off or the insurance company was due to they could NOT give me a receipt. I will never go back. I wasn't going to go back because the time before the staff never showed me frames that my insurance covers. They have a rack by itself that you don't look at cause the first thing you see are all the frames on the walls. They show frames that are the expensive ones which I don't care but tell me what my insurance covers first. Due to going there for eyeglasses and seeing how they operate in the last 4 years or so... I will never go back and I do not recommend. I have an appointment with a eye doctor that was highly recommended. Just watch what they charge you.

lady was rude, condescending, and a liar. trying to tell me I can't change the brand of my contacts because it's the doctors prescription. what kind of nonsense is that so I'll be taking my business else where

Dr. Diehl was professional and friendly. The staff was helpful in choosing frames and made sure to let us know what was covered and what wasn't so we could make informed choices. I will never go to another eye doctor.

Wonderful staff, polite, pleasant and competent! A real find in today's world.

Dr. Owen's is very thorough and will make for certain you get the best care for your eyes. I really appreciate them!

Lost a contact at work and I am working away from home, I called two other places that wouldn't help me. I called here and the staff were very friendly and helped me. I went to their office knowing my prescription and they gave me a knew contact. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

The doctors were wonderful, but the staff was incompetent at best.
