Dr Will is very thorough with her eye exams. I lived in the Summit area for years. I recently moved away from the area, but I will always go back there for my exams. I had always had a fantastic experience. Her stuff is very knowledgeable and very professional.

I had an extremely poor experience here today. I was waiting for an eye exam and couldn't not hear the discussion in the exam room. The doctor was saying some politically insensitive things with her patient, and as a trans person I felt extremely uncomfortable. When I went in, I told the doctor I was concerned about privacy, she ignored my concerns, and deadnamed me almost immediately after saying she had worked with trans patients before. I walked out. This was patently unprofessional and inappropriate on the doctor's part. I suppose if you're exactly the kind of person she likes, she's probably a fine person to see, but I don't do business with people who can't listen to me and respect me for who I am.

They are either absolute scam artists or completely inept. They gave us a courtesy call for our kids annual checkups. We asked them to verify that they were in network before setting up an appointment because we found out we were not in network last year and got stuck with a bill. We were told that we were now in network. Come the day of the appointment, nothing is said at reception during check-in prior to the kids appointments. We were certainly surprised to find out after the appointments that we actually weren't in network, or only "some" things were in network, and again, we were being stuck with a bill. Shame on us for allowing ourselves to be taken by this scam business twice.

Doctor is ok, a bit weird, but ok. Lady at the front desk is unprofessional and rude. Will find another Optometrist.....I can do better.
